奶油津白
材料：
黃芽白1個
薑6片
蒜蓉1茶匙
雞湯200毫升
鮮奶200毫升
處理：
1. 黃芽白，切1吋1段。
2. 黃芽白，清水清洗乾淨，擎乾水。
烹調：
1. 大火在鑊中燒熱油1湯匙。
2. 爆香薑及蒜蓉。
3. 放黃芽白。
4. 加入雞湯200毫升。
5. 冚蓋，煮10分鐘。
6. 煮了10分鐘，加入鹽少許，再煮2分鐘。
7. 加入生粉芡，煮至完全收汁。
8. 加入鮮奶200毫升，大火煮滾。
9. 完成，上碟，可享用。
Long cabbage in creamery sauce
Ingredients:
Long cabbage 1 No.
Ginger 6 slices
Garlic sauce 1 tsp
Chicken broth 200ml
Fresh milk 200ml
Preparation:
1. Long cabbage, cut 1" per each.
2. Long cabbage, rinse with tap water. Hang dry.
Steps:
1. Heat up oil 1 tbsp at high flame in wok.
2. Fry ginger and garlic well.
3. Put long cabbage.
4. Add chicken broth 200ml.
5. Cover up the pot, cook for 10 minutes.
6. Add little salt after it has been cooked for 10 minutes. Cook for 2 minutes more.
7. Put tapioca sauce until the sauce becomes thick.
8. Add fresh milk 200ml. Heat up at high flame.
9. Complete. Put on plate. Serve.

2021-01-01 22:15:11Show me your love! 唔知邊個天才，將粟米肉粒變得咁浪漫，不過如果約女朋友去街，帶佢去食粟米肉粒飯的話，女朋友依然覺得和你一起很浪漫的話，恭喜你，你找到真愛了！
不過如果場景改變，在家中為你愛的人整個粟米肉粒的話，即使不浪漫，都肯定窩心。因為除了老幼咸宜，簡單到不能的粟米肉粒其實有很多變化。趕住煮飯唔夠時間切豬肉粒的話，肉粒可以用肉碎代替。加豆腐加多一點雞湯或水，就可以成為粟米羹。豪華版本，當然就是用新鮮蟹肉代替肉粒。雖然我最唔鍾意用蟹柳，不過貪方便的話，做個蟹柳粟米羹，味道最低限度都係夾嘅，點都正常過好味過上湯蟹柳蘿蔔。
講起來我今次示範的都算是個豪華版，因為用的是北海道可以生吃的粟米。如此重本，第一是因為慰勞飲食男女一班手足，勞苦功高值得食最好。其次就是慷他人之慨，拍檔識人在果欄做批發，買了一箱送了我幾條。題外話，我一向以為果欄只賣水果，不知道原來有蔬菜賣的。所以話，做人做事做生意，幾時都要與時並進。
以前小時候有得食新奇士橙，紅地厘蛇果（有幾多人知道究竟是甚麼水果？）已經不得了！以前過年過節，送橙送蛇果，用紙皮袋加張紅紙紅繩紮起來，非常得體的禮物。
言歸正傳，粟米蓉一定是罐頭或者紙包裝的，粟米粒其實去凍肉舖買急凍的更化算。如果喜歡青豆紅蘿蔔的話，有急凍粟米青豆紅蘿蔔，和粟米肉粒的做法一樣，無需解凍，直接煮就得。反而買新鮮紅蘿蔔的話，除了切粒麻煩，要煮淋都需要一段時間。
肉粒的大小，最理想是和粟米的大小差不多，因為除了味道之外，吃起來的口感亦很重要。溫馨提點，如果自問刀法麻麻，豬肉不能切細粒的話，不如索性用肉碎算。肉粒好似手指公咁大粒的粟米肉粒，我都見過，那個賣相……不予置評！
回饋各位肯睇我文字的讀者，醒大家多一個豉油西餐版本，就是不加雞蛋加忌廉，做湯做餸都得。又或者做一個全素版本，用素豬肉當然得，用素雞代替豬肉粒效果一樣好好，加少少胡椒粉提味，一滴油都不用加，清新健康到不得了！即使不是素食者，間中清清腸胃不失為一個好選擇。
材料：
忌廉粟米2碗
粟米粒2碗
脢頭肉6両
火腿扒 1塊
雞蛋2-4隻
胡椒粉2茶匙
鹽適量
糖適量
油2茶匙
做法：
1.豬肉切小粒，加少許鹽、糖、胡椒粉、油調味，拌勻
2.用少許油先爆豬肉，加入粟米粒及忌廉粟米煮熟
3.視乎喜愛的濃稠度，加入拂勻的雞蛋代替埋芡
4.加入適量鹽及胡椒粉調味
Sweet Corn with Pork
Ingredients:
Creamed corn 2 bowls
Corn kernels 2 bowls
Pork collar 6 tael
Ham steak 1 pc
Eggs 2-4 pcs, beaten
White pepper 2 tsp
Salt Some
Sugar Some
Oil 2 tsp
Steps:
1. Cube pork and ham steak into bite-size, add some salt, sugar, white pepper, and oil to marinate. Mix well.
2. Heat pan with oil, stir-fry the pork and ham briefly, add corn kernel and creamed corn to cook.
3. Add beaten eggs to the pan to thicken the sauce; the amount of eggs depends on your preference of thickness.
4. Add salt and white pepper to taste.

Visited a “dinosaur park”. We have been taking about it for two days prior to this visit. It’s just a small road side park located loutside near the entrance to Pusat Sains Negara. Seeing these life-sized dinosaurs made his day.
Takeaway lunch from @burninpit . Finished up his favourite grilled coconut creamed corn on the cob, Mac n cheese and fried chicken sandwich in no time.
Mooncake playdough from @dough.little.playdough . Spent the whole afternoon making non edible mooncakes and tried zhu zai beng for the very first time. Thanks @rachaelongyl!
