I recently attended the 🌐webinar organized by the 🇮🇹Italian Chamber of Commerce and I got to learn the geographics and seasonal ingredients of Piedmont. The webinars place a lot of emphasis on authenticity - the TRUE ITALIAN TASTE! Guys - do look for the logos of PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) and PDO (Protected Designation of origin) on your products, then you can avoid any counterfeited Italian products. What I did after the webinar was to follow the recipe, using true Italian ingredients (like the PGI hazelnut oil and paste), to do the FASSONA beef Tartare! (Btw, Fassona beef is from the cattle born and raised in Piedmont, with the distinct characteristic of exceptionally lean texture.)
.
So here are the Ingredients I used (for 4 people):
200g Piedmont Fassona
100g extra virgin olive oil
50g salted anchovies
1 plant of celery (use the Celery heart)
1 Head of Garlic (peel the garlic off)
1 Lemon
Hazelnut Oil
Hazelnut paste
Salt
Pepper
Edible flowers
.
In just a few steps, I think I 🔪SLAYED IT (because it's THAT easy) 1. Make the garlic oil (garlic + virgin olive oil) 2. Cut the beef and anchovies into slices. 3. Mix it well with all of the above ingredients (and spraying the hazelnut oil all over) 4. Instead of pairing it with crackers / bread, I pair it with the sourdough crisps for a different texture (turned out to be amazing!). 5. Plating it with some nice edible 🌸flowers.
.
Good ingredients really made such a HUGE difference because even I could make something like this. I can't wait for my visit to Milan next year (May 2021) for TUTTOFOOD MILANO (Food Fair) and to explore sections like #TUTTOMEAT, #TUTTOOIL to recreate the beef tartare dish again!

counterfeited 在 Tommy Cheung 張秀賢 Facebook 的最佳貼文

Here is another damning evidence that Andrew Leung's notice from the UK Home Office is counterfeited. Look at the letters "G" and "R". Andrew Leung's copy is clearly in Arial with computer-like kerning, while Ms Mo's chop is in Helvetica, tightly kerned.
Arial is a font that is mostly used in PCs as it's licensed to Microsoft, it's very uncommon to find it in actual print press. In print press, Helvetica is the standard san serif font. It's a decades-old standard.
When one sees Arial it's a huge red flag for it to be a Photoshopped fake poorly made on a Windows PC. It needs to be investigated.
