最近紅翻全球的「魷魚遊戲」
其中的「戳椪糖關卡」，
讓韓國椪糖也隨著戲劇爆紅！

酥脆焦香的椪糖
原本是甜美的兒時回憶，
現在卻是生死關頭，
真的是強烈的對比。

韓國椪糖跟台灣「椪糖餅」
原理很類似，
只是韓國的椪糖會壓扁蓋印，
台灣的椪糖是膨成餅狀入口即化。

原料都是使用糖，水，小蘇打，
將糖融化，一定要充分攪拌
加水主要是不讓糖很快焦掉。
再加入一點點小蘇打，
利用其受熱產生二氧化碳讓糖膨起！

椪糖要成功，首重溫度控制，
需加熱至130-150度，
離火後充分攪拌。

一個一個這樣煮，
難免會有焦掉苦掉的糖膏
或是膨脹到炸開。

我不禁想著，
如果韓國劇組有美善品Tm6，
