🇨🇭😷Semi-confinement starts, Day 31😷 #present from Family in law. So sweet! 🎂 / The flat I visited today was on the 5th floor. No elevator, Cheer up! Why we are looking for another flat and trying to move out? The reason is that our neighbours downstairs (right below us) are smoking evday like mad!!!! In Switzerland, there are laws to constrain noise, but no any regulation for cigarette smell. We’ve talked with régie, tried to talk with this specific neighbour (and then he threatened us), and even called police. But nothing works... Hence I am like living in the hell!!! Semi-confinement , so no restaurant or cafe. And wherever there’s smell, I am just stuck at home (HELL) Plus, the apartment market in Geneva is another hell. Many unfair situations are going on ... #passiongenevaflathunting / #passionswissculture #passionswitzerlandtravel #passioncoronavirus / 🇨🇭🦠病毒還在，800萬人口之歐陸確診率名列前茅的瑞士，各州政府各自為政，日內瓦開始「半封城」-Day 31🦠🇨🇭 婆家雖然伙食不好（喂） 可是公婆真的很溫馨❤️ （六月）生日的時候已經傳訊息祝我生日快樂， 現在補了生日禮物給我， 拭淚💦 / 今天參觀的公寓在五樓， 沒有電梯， 我要一步一步往上爬。 （周杰倫《蝸牛》，音樂下🎵） 是這樣的，我們遇到很棘手的情況！ 樓下鄰居瘋狂抽煙，一天至少一包， 而且是在家中抽。 我們公寓是老建築， 煙味完全會直接穿透到我家中， 已經是對我們人身健康直接威脅的程度。 前陣子， 我們同公寓的低樓層釋出其他物件， 但中介房屋經理商也不給我們， 樓下鄰居他們吞雲吐霧， 我們愁雲慘霧。 我們當然有跟中介房屋經理商抱怨樓下鄰居惡行， 可是跟噪音不一樣， 在瑞士，氣味是沒有法規限制的。 我們告到經理商， 半年來自己做監測儀紀錄， 前後報警大概4次， (警察說鄰居有權抽煙， 說是我們該搬家🙄️） 經理商在不知道第幾次被我們客訴後， 派了調查通風設備的專家來， 而且收我們300瑞郎（約1萬台幣） 很幸運的， 通風設備專家來調查那天， 鄰居真的抽煙，而他真的聞到了！ 之後專家向經理商反應， 於是⋯經理商下指令： 「禁止在大樓的『公共空間』抽煙」 🚬🈲️ 但這完全是腦子破洞的指令！ 因為，問題不是鄰居在公共空間 （如：大樓樓梯）抽煙， 從頭到尾的問題， 都是鄰居在他家室內抽煙啊！ 更別提在日內瓦找房子， 根本又是另一場惡夢⋯🥲🥲🥲

肥彭今次撐「國安...」投資法案 英國政府今日向國會提交國家安全投資法案（National Security and Investment Bill 2020），要求十七種由能源至科技嘅產業，如果諗住要賣比外國公司，必需要通知政府，審查會唔會違反國家安全。 重點係法案係有追溯權，即係立法之前賣咗都可以回帶要嘔返出黎，除咗罰錢，亦有監禁嘅刑事成份。 明明個法案無針對任何國家，唔知點解《Financial Times》用呢個標題加呢張相，仲搵Lord Patten比意見？ “It’s important to stop the sort of predatory buying up of important security interests in the UK by China or anyone else.
