此S14因為是正正牌，非貼正牌，原本買來要製作成類似Porsche GT3RS這種感覺的街車，也就是馬路/山道/賽道/出遊皆適合的全能車款，當然你要甩尾也行。
買來就開始改裝，這車的挑戰在於如何不改「台」掉，所以一直很注意不亂搞，改完就一直放著，完全沒時間開它，每次要發動它的原因只有驗車，買了4年一次都沒開過，有開到的都是代驗人員，跟移車。連開也沒開過，拜託就請不要問「有沒有甩過？」這種智障問題了，前任車主剛買來準備要改就被我接收，車台完美。
我想有follow的棒油們就知道我是真的沒時間弄，過去兩年都忙於跑Lamborghini Super Trofeo跟國內比賽！今年又另外再接新工作 希望"14弟"它能有好歸宿。
基本上它算Fully fully rebuild
+ Track racing Up-grade.
以Motorsport來算是全新車，0km引擎。引擎內部製作到可以輕鬆支持600+匹，但只有裝小渦輪到400+匹。一切均以原廠等級耐用性設定。可支撐賽道駕駛的Configuration。

　本田技研工業(株)は、新設計の水冷・2サイクル・90度V型3気筒エンジン(総排気量・387cm3)を搭載し、フルフェアリングを標準装備した精悍なスタイルのロードスポーツバイク「ホンダ・NS400R」を5月10日より発売する。

　このNS400Rは、83、84年度と、2年連続ロードレース世界GP500のメーカーチャンピオンを獲得した競争用二輪車「ホンダNS500」の最新技術の数々を投入して開発したものである。
　エンジンは、クランクケース前方水平に2気筒、その後方に90度の角度をもって1気筒を配置した、軽量、スリムでコンパクト設計ホンダ・NS400V型 3気筒である。さらに耐焼付性、摩耗性にすぐれたアルミ一体成型シリンダーに、シリンダー内壁をニッケルとシリコン・カーバイドで特殊コーティング加工処理をしているNSシリンダーを採用したことにより、フリクションロス低減や耐久性向上を実現。また、前方2気筒に電気的にエンジン回転数を検知し、自動的に排気容積を変化させ、効果的な脈動効果が得られる自動調整トルク増幅排気機構(ATAC)や、さらにコンロッドに高速耐久性にすぐれたハイスピードステンレス製のニードルベアリングを採用。これらにより、低中速域で高いトルクを発生、しかも高回転域(最高出力59PS/8500rpm、最大トルク 5.1kg-m/8000rpm)までスムーズに回る扱い易いエンジン性能を実現させている。
