No one told us to choose to be affected by what others do or say to us.If we chose to be consumed by it then it's our fault.We are what we choose to think or do.Stop thinking too much about what others think of you.We can't change the way they think but we can change our habits and attitude which might in turn alter the way they think bout us. You will only feel affected if what people say about you is TRUE. Focus on thy self. The more depressed you are, the more positive things you are blocking from reaching you. The higher you climb the ladder,the more haters you might have or envious people lurking around. But that's a good thing Coz it means you are progressing 😎. Keep smiling and have a great attitude Coz that's the only thing which will pull you through.Trust me, I have people who have been mean to me but I never let it get to me. In fact I never gave up on them. When you smile as a response to a mean behaviour, they will wonder how come you are NOT affected by their actions😏 That's rule num 1.I never gave up on trying to bring out some good in them. And you'll be surprised how things changed and we have been good friends since. I swear it was a huge difference in their character.The key is to be good and nice to everyone however mean they may seem(unless they are congenitally born with a wretched ugly heart,then move away.You just know when you see one).Hate cannot banish hate.Only love and goodness can.Have a great day peeps! 🙏🏽❤️🙌
