美共和黨議員提PRC法案 把準備用於阿富汗的資金拿來對抗中國

美國共和黨籍聯邦參議員馬可·魯比奧（Marco Rubio）和眾議員阿什利·辛森（Ashley Hinson）9月23日提出了《#優先考慮準備和競爭力法案》（Prioritizing Readiness and Competitiveness Act），旨在把準備用於維持美國在阿富汗的軍事存在以及支持阿富汗政府的撥款轉移到與中國展開的大國競爭上。這部法案的英語縮寫是PRC，與中華人民共和國的英語縮寫相同。
