November 28th was Thanksgiving, and I was invited to Henry Grill restaurant which is on the fifth floor of Rosewood Hong Kong for a bountiful feast. Henry Grill specializes in American-style charcoal-grilled steaks. Before entering the restaurant, we first saw an exclusive butcher shop, where the selected dry-aged beef, homemade meat sauce and handmade sausages were placed.
