ちょっと大腸の内視鏡検査をすることになりまして。
前日食が病院から支給されました。

消化がよくて腸内に残りにくい食事。
一箱に朝昼晩の三食入り。

夕食はビーフシチュー。
クラッカー付き。

白っぽくて柔らかく煮た米だった朝昼とは違ってちょっとずっしりとした料理。
濃い味つけがうれしい。

この夕食を食べ終えれば、明日の昼過ぎまで絶食です。

Diet that digests well and is difficult to remain in the intestine.
In a box, breakfast, lunch and three meals of supper.

Dinner is beef stew.
With crackers.

Breakfast and lunch were white and soft boiled rice.
However, supper is a bit heavy food.
I am happy because it is a rich flavored dish.

I am fasting until tomorrow afternoon when I finish eating this dinner.

ちょっと大腸の内視鏡検査をすることになりまして。
前日食が病院から支給されました。

消化がよくて腸内に残りにくい食事。
一箱に朝昼晩の三食入り。

昼食は二パック。
たまごがゆとじゃがいもそぼろあんかけ。

おかずを食べながら米を食べるのは嬉しいねぇ。
お粥だけど。
見た目は薄味そうですが、じゃがいもはショウガのきいた味付け。
白飯に合わせたい。

お昼もたった291キロカロリー。
ダイエットできちゃうねぇ。
今日一日だけの食事だけど。

Egg porridge and Potatoes with minced sauce.

I am glad that there is a side dish.
The appearance of the food seems to be thin seasoning.
But it is a taste of deep ginger.
very good.

Lunch is only 291 kcal.
I will lose weight.

ちょっと大腸の内視鏡検査をすることになりまして。
前日食が病院から支給されました。

消化がよくて腸内に残りにくい食事。
一箱に朝昼晩の三食入り。

朝食の鶏とたまご雑炊を食べました。
柔らかく煮込まれた米にしっかりと鶏肉と玉子が入っています。
薄そうな見た目ですが、しっかり味付けされていました。

I ate chicken and an egg Zosui of breakfast.
The rice is soft.
There are chicken and egg.
This is a thin seasoned appearance.
But this was a good seasoning.
