    Homemade Sushi, when I learned from a friend that Homemakase 在家發辦 is currently shipping in some Seafood directly from Tokyo Toyosu Market #豊洲市場 , so organized to have some shipped to my home to attempt a sushi party 🎉🎈.. It was hand delivered via Car 🚙~!

    •Hon Maguro Tuna Otoro 本鮪 大トロ, sourced from Kyushu Tuna Farm. OK please don't judge my sushi making skills, because I am just having occasional partying fun at home 🏡 .

    •Also got their Live Hokkigai 北寄貝, which is so huge I ended up making a Sashimi out of it, instead of Nigiri. It has some serious clamming power when I tried to ply it open, so becareful it shuts itself around your fingers 👆🏻

    •Home made 天然 九州産 赤あわび (メガイ) ~ 酒蒸し•肝ソース. Wild Kyushu Abalone 🇯🇵 ✈ still alive from @homemakase , I paid around HKD $410 for this decent size. I ended up Sous-viding with Sake & Hokkaido Kombu instead, because I actually wanted non-evaporating Sake to infuse whilst cooking🍶🐚😶

    These freshly flown-in Japanese clams with broccoli purée and nduja sausage from NOM are a serious game-changer (aka, they're friggen delicious!). 😋
