鄉下人覺得新的機型內裝好美，起飛降落避震也穩很多。海關處很明顯排外，哈哈哈，日韓加快速通關，被歸類為其他國家的台灣護照檢查有夠仔細的慢，排了一小時。叫了小U不知道哪上車，有一點斯文穿著西裝筆挺的Mercedes司機下車找到我們，暖。到城市裡的第一餐舅舅帶我們吃神奇的wagyu和羊火鍋配紅酒，暖。好懷念室內都裝電暖片的國家，暖❤️。

I went from Narita to Hakodate to Sapporo to Asahikawa, to see this clear sky in Higashikawa. No haze too.

Tokyo and the rest of Honshu felt warm so I decided just to head north.

When the cold 17°C air of Hakodate hit me after ten hours of flying into Narita and six hours of taking the last train to Hakodate, my mind went “Yesssssss.” At 2359h, on a Friday night, it was a welcome breath of free air.

And my reward to myself was a soak in the bathtub of the Four Points by Sheraton room I booked for the evening.

Then the next morning, I explored the morning market at Hakodate, grabbed a quick breakfast at Seven, and chugged along the coast to Sapporo. That stretch is one of the nicest in Hokkaido.

I caught up on some sleep, some work and some writing on the train, and also ate my bento box lunch. Why not just fly from Tokyo to Sapporo? Because I like slow travel, I like trains, and I like the scenery. And I dislike airports.

And what is my itinerary, you ask? I can’t tell you because I rarely know beforehand, and the journey is the destination. Also the food. The food is my destination too.

Here I am stealing wifi again at somebody else's home ='D

Granny Bubz has always been notorious for being like me (not too good at cleaning dishes). I had no idea that she bleached the mugs that morning and unsurprisingly, she must not have rinsed the bleach out of my mug properly. it was an honest mistake. I just had congee so I was thirsty so I chugged half way down my mug before noticing the water tasted like bleach. I drunk clean water right away but then felt sick and I threw up constantly until black stuff came out. I actually felt ok right afterwards. My stomach did feel weird for the entire day but luckily it wasn’t anything serious. I did feel bad because her congee was SO yummy and I felt like I wasted it. I’m then told I’m actually not the first one in the house to experience this ordeal =‘D We’ve always told granny bubz she doesn’t need to do the washing up but she’s so silly that she never listens. Either way, we will help out as often as we can and we will check the cups before using them =‘D

Managed to upload 80% at my sister's house. Then resorting to uploading the remaining 20% back in my parent's home. It's been 13 hours so far.

I'm finally back after a crazy month. How was everybody's vacation? I'm actually glad Summer is ending because this season is always craziest for me. I just got back from LA a few days ago and the HEAT and SUN took such a tole on my skin and hair. My skin was absolutely THIRSTY and was in need of REVIVING and my hair was so dry and brittle. Hydrated skin is the number 1 most important rule in skincare. When skin is dehydrated, it is more prone to breakouts, excess oil, wrinkles, flaking and blackheads. Makeup also looks best on hydrated skin.

This DIY mask is packed full of vitamins and antioxidants. It will plump up your skin and have it feeling like it just chugged down gallons of water. It will brighten, hydrate, protect and soothe the skin for a healthy complexion. If you got some scars and dark spots, this mask will help to minimize their appearances too (I got some sun spots boohoo). This remedy will quench your skin's thirst.
