I’m so lucky! 🥳🥰🥂attended the newly launched Dom Pérignon Vintage 2003 - Plénitude 2 tasting & tasted this prestige cuvée, with over 17 years of lees aging, with chef de cave Vincent Chaperon, while listening to music to explore the complexity of this P2 together. It’s elegant & rich, with raspberries, apricot, white floral, toasty, brioche, honey & mineral notes with long finish. Then we tried the 4-course pairing curated by 2-star Michelin chef AMBER by Richard Ekkebus, elevating the complexity of the champagne! It’s absolutely delicious! We also farewell the marketing director Trupty, hope to see her again in Paris in the future! Cheers! 🥳🎉🥂😋

#長周末愉快！ 好開心參加咗Dom Pérignon香檳嘅年度聚會Revelations 2021及與酒窖大師Vincent Chaperon會面！🥰🥂率先試咗將於7月推出嘅 #DomPerignon Vintage 2003 - Plenitude 2同埋 將於10月推出嘅Dom Perignon Vintage 2012年。前者經17年先出世，香氣四溢而具層次，帶紅莓、桃駁李、白花、 烤烘、牛油麵包、蜜糖及礦物等味道；後者陳年至少7年，帶花香、柑橘、牛油麵包、礦物及桃駁李等味道，2012年比較集中，相比2008年比較classic， 各有所長，我覺得自己都係鍾意2008年多啲!😆😆🍾🥂🥂

Celebration! Today marks the mid point of my pregnancy! We're half way there and I'm super excited because it's getting close to date! We're out and about with business meetings back to back. My husband stayed up all night and didn't sleep so I am his chaperon, uber, lift or taxi driver! He cannot be driving under these conditions. Gotta rest up for his business meetings!
