Today, i ate various Singaporean Dishes like Chilli Prawns ( rawn is a common name for small aquatic crustaceans with an exoskeleton and ten legs , some of which can be eaten ) , Mantou ( Mantou are typically eaten as a staple food in northern parts of China where wheat, rather than rice, is grown. They are made with milled wheat flour, water and leavening agents. In size and texture, they range from 4 centimetres ) , Chicken Rice and a lot more , all that is so high in calories . it was so delicious and amazingly tasty ！！！

2017-07-07 12:00:03The Pacific geoduck, scientific name Panopea generosa, is a species of very large, edible saltwater clam in the family Hiatellidae. The common name is derived from a Lushootseed (Nisqually) word gʷídəq.
The geoduck is native to the west coast of North America. The shell of the clam ranges from 15 centimetres (5.9 in) to over 20 centimetres (7.9 in) in length, but the extremely long siphons make the clam itself much longer than this: the "neck" or siphons alone can be 1 metre (3.3 ft) in length. The geoduck is the largest burrowing clam in the world. It is also one of the longest-living animals of any type, with a lifespan of up to 140 years; the oldest has been recorded at 168 years old.
The large, meaty siphon is prized for its savory flavor and crunchy texture. Geoduck is regarded by some as an aphrodisiac because of its phallic shape. It is very popular in China, where it is considered a delicacy, mostly eaten cooked in a fondue-style Chinese hot pot. In Korean cuisine, geoducks are eaten raw with spicy chili sauce, sautéed, or in soups and stews. In Japan, geoduck is prepared as raw sashimi, dipped in soy sauce and wasabi. On Japanese menus in cheaper sushi restaurants, geoduck is sometimes substituted for Tresus keenae, a species of horse clam, and labeled mirugai or mirukuigai. It is considered to have a texture similar to an ark shell (known in Japanese as akagai). Mirugai is sometimes translated into English as "giant clam", and it is distinguished from himejako sushi, which is made from Tridacna gigas.![post-title]()

Sipunculus nudus is a species of unsegmented marine worms, also known as peanut worms. The body of the adult worm is around 15 centimetres (5.9 in) in length but can reach up to 25 cm (9.8 in) in some cases.
The worm is commonly found on subtidal zones of sandy shores to seabeds 900 metres (3,000 ft) in depth in temperate or tropical waters. The worm hides in sand burrows which it makes by itself during the day and may extend its tentacles out of the burrow to feed at night. Its diet consists of plant or animal tissue fragments and any surrounding sand it may ingest with it.
In particular, S. nudus is collected, cleaned of its innards, and eaten as a delicacy in some areas such as Vietnam where it is sometimes used to cook pho stock. S. nudus is also considered nourishment food for the royal family. The Vietnamese gather S. nudus in islands in Quang Ngai. It is also sold and exported as a dried seafood product.
The worms are also consumed in the southern Chinese provinces of Guangdong, Hainan, Guangxi, and Fujian. The worms are local delicacies in Beihai, Guangxi, where Běihǎi shāchóng (北海沙虫, lit. "Beihai sandworm") is cooked by various methods. In Xiamen, Fujian, the species is called tǔsǔn (土笋, lit. "earth bamboo shoot") and served as a gelatin (土笋凍) in local restaurants.![post-title]()

肥瘦相間、多汁鮮美的牛小排，配上外脆內軟的酸種麵包，淋上瀑布般溫熱綿密、濃郁厚重的芝士，這誘人又罪惡的「路氹 午夜三文治」完美將瑞士流行的車輪芝士Raclette帶到了澳門。
車輪芝士Raclette是瑞士的傳統芝士，是本地人家庭聚會必備的經典菜式。侍應會在端上牛小排後，拿出直徑足有三十公分的半圓車輪芝士，芝士已用高溫烤過，侍應將已經融化的部分慢慢刮到牛小排上，芝士沿著刮刀的路徑，形成芝士瀑布，逐漸覆蓋牛排，見到令人食指大動。
想要留下芝士倩影的各位記得要提前準備好相機，因為一旦溫度降低，芝士的流動性就會大打折扣。

As a traditional Swiss cheese, Raclette is served whenever a Swiss party is planned. After serving the beef short rib, half of a Raclette cheese round, around 30 centimetres in diameter is presented. It was heated, and the melted part is scraped onto the fine beef short rib. The waterfall of cheese wraps the beef gradually.
Tips for photographers, prepare your camera in advance because the lower the temperature, the slower the melting process.

📍 Mabul Island, Semporna
This is Hippocampus bargibanti. I took a photo of this species of the Pygmy seahorse in Mabul. It is tiny, probably a little over 1 centimetres in size.
Very little is known about the total number of pygmy seahorses, population trends, distribution, or major threats. It has therefore been classified as Data Deficient on the International Union for Conservation of Nature's Red List.
