Thought: I always envy people who are sooooooo calm. I've always thought it's something that only "special people" have. But I've come to learn that the calmest people I know actually have the strongest trust with Allah SWT. They trust Allah so much that no matter what happens in their lives, they know it is all part of Allah's impeccable plans for them. So now, when I find myself anxious or agitated, I reel myself back in and I ask myself, "Do you trust Allah? If you do, breathe. If you don't, who then will you trust?" May we always trust His perfect, impeccable timing, as He is never a second too early, nor a breath too late.

No filter needed. I really do enjoy this short me time from 6PM - 730PM. It’s one of the slowest, most beautiful, calmest and soul healing. I will always be grateful for what I have and how far I have gotten. You did a good job this week, Summer.

27052020| Somewhere between the lines of growing up and staying young lies the fence of nostalgia. Going through situations nowadays seems a little too overwhelming considering how the external conditions are not really mentally helpful for me. Somehow finding comfort to me includes looking through the old photos chugged to the back end of my gallery and from there, these little gems I found reminds me that life isn't all that bad after all. This very Polaroid might have captured one of my most favourite memory down memory lane. Amidst the chaotic unplanned meet up, we came to form one of the calmest, home-iest, and joyful moment in the confines of 4 walls and a door.
