✨Impressive dinner menu with quality seafood !! It was my first time tasting Pervian fusion dishes, they were amazing delicious. We started off with “El callao tower” - fresh oysters, mussels a la chalice, scallop shooter, prawn tempura, albacore tuna tiradito, Peruvian cancha and “Ceviche shot”. This traditional Ceviche shot is so refreshing and bursting with citrus/lime flavors, you really have to try it out. 🍊I🥂
💟Everything on the menu was packed with flavours with stunning presentation, we had:
🏝“From the sea” we had sablefish and scallops.
🔹Sablefish comes with aji panca, miso squash quinotto, bok choy saltado, quinoa chicharron.
🔹Scallops comes with ajo blanco, huacatay sorbet, black pudding and drunk apples.
⛰“From the land” we had:
🔹Cauliflower steak which was miso rosted, artichoke and queso empanada, pistachios.
🔹Duck – Roasted breask, duck leg croquette, risotto rice, aji Amarillo, root vegetable with sesame soy vinaigrette.
🔹Acevichado Roll
🍹Not to mention, you have to try their signature cocktails like Wasabi margarita, pisco sour (Perus signature drink) and my favourite Espresso Martini - rich, indulgent and creamy!!🥂
@ancoradining is definitely one of my top favorite seafood restaurants in town!

昨天朋友在辣許買肥皂，因為有進場人數限制，所以晚到的鄉民就懶得進去了。在外面觀察路人的同時發現隔壁Manolita彩券行 完 全 沒 人！
#好啦其實還是有兩三隻小貓
但對比以前隊伍長到Callao廣場，昨天的排隊人數根本不算什麼，所以就順道買一張聖誕樂透惹~
來這麼久第一次在Manolita買樂透，如果今年12月粉絲頁關閉，就代表鄉民中獎了~
