♥Ingredients:
1 cage-free chicken (about 2 ½ lbs)
1 cup rock salt
¼ onion, thickly sliced
4 stalks of lemongrass, washed
3 inches fresh ginger knob, washed, peeled & sliced
½ cup kaffir lime leaves, washed
1 tbsp turmeric powder
salt
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp black peppercorn
To serve:
lime
salt
ground pepper
Vietnamese coriander (rau răm)

ประวัติกันก่อนนิดนึง
Eggslut เป็นร้านแซนด์วิชไข่จากแอลเอ สหรัฐอเมริกา 🇺🇸
.
ถือว่าประสบความสำเร็จทีเดียว เพราะเริ่มจากแค่ food truck เมื่อ 10 ปีที่แล้ว
ตอนนี้มี 15 สาขาแล้ว โกอินเตอร์แล้วด้วย คือ นอกจากอเมริกา ยังเปิดที่ลอนดอน คูเวต

ส่วนในเอเชีย สิงคโปร์ 🇸🇬 เป็นประเทศที่ 3 ต่อจากเกาหลีใต้ และ ญี่ปุ่นค่ะ
.
สำหรับคนที่นำ Eggslut เข้ามาในสิงคโปร์ 🇸🇬 คือ SPC Group ซึ่งเป็นทีมเดียวกับที่นำแบรนด์ดังๆ เข้ามาในสิงคโปร์ เช่น Shake Shack, Five Guys, Luke’s Lobster, Mr. Holmes Bakehouse

แนะนำให้รอคนซาๆ ลงหน่อย เพราะคิดว่า ความอร่อยอาจจะไม่ถึงจุดที่ต้องรอโต๊ะ 1 ชั่วโมง และรออาหารอีก 1 ชั่วโมง เหมือนที่พี่แป๋วเจอมาค่ะ (คหสต.)
