開發者bylaws日前釋出L4T Ubuntu，它是款移植至任天堂Switch的Ubuntu作業系統，值得注意的是L4T Ubuntu支援包含Vulkan、OpenGL、擴充底座在內的多種硬體功能，大大提升實用價值。此外Switch適用的Reicast模擬器也將獲得64位元運算與動態重編譯支援，將可大幅改善執行效率。

週日上午10時許，廣播電台的流行音樂充滿廚房。一份加蛋飽滿的蔥抓餅躺在吧檯，我的手沖咖啡一滴滴滴漏，不到五分鐘就可開始我的周末早餐。手機電話響起。

接起電話，是越南口音極重的英語，幾哩瓜拉說了一大串。大意是說他是某在AirBnB上登記的民宿老闆，最近因為政府法規的關係，他沒通過消防測試，因此必須取消我的訂房。

第一時間我就知道這不是詐騙電話，因為我的確有在AirBnB上為六月中旬台灣來的旅客訂了一間整棟的民宿。前一天就接到email，被告知這個預訂要被取消，原因正是政府法規的改變。

聽到房東親自打電話來，略帶愧疚(且難懂)的口音，我也只能長嘆一聲，說知道了，然後掛上電話，立馬上網改訂飯店。畢竟六月起溫哥華進入紅熾的旅遊旺季，飯店一房難求，價格更是高到必須吃血壓藥。

很幸運的是十分鐘內問題就解決了，只是房費多了25%。惱怒之餘，谷歌了溫哥華AirBnB的新聞，果然就看到了這則新聞：溫哥華市政府收緊短租市場的政策，從今年4/19生效。

AirBnB是溫哥華短租市場的大玩家，旗下的房源占了溫市短租的88%。政府的鐵腕祭出，AirBnB公司不敢不從，網上的房東們紛紛中箭落馬：不是乖乖地配合政府申請執照，就是改善租屋條件。

這一改變，直接衝擊雖然是房東們，除了花錢改屋，且多繳不少稅金；但最後買單的，還是租房的房客，畢竟羊毛出在羊身上。這下旅客租屋得多花點銀兩了。

但是從長遠來看，對旅遊業或是旅客都是正面影響。租屋納入政府管理，擁有執照的房東做生意更正大光明，旅客的安全與權益更有保障了。(希望如此)
