Tbh the “mat” I used is actually our TABLE CLOTH LOL I don’t have an actual exercise mat, I’m just really bad at exercising ba 😂

@bongqiuqiu shared with me someone else did this video and I wanted to do it too😆😆😆

But if you do exercise for real, a lot of our @pixiepax customers like to apply Susenji Gold Gel first to burn fats so they get the most out of their exercises.
For me, applying Gold Gel & shaking the MOFA+ shaker really hard are my exercise routine 😳

I honestly thought I was going to die. So I had my day planned already - to clean the whole Punggol flat. But I injured myself and felt super sick to the point where I felt like I was going to pass out and die. Thankfully, Meredith got my back and helped me settle while Josh came to the rescue to help out with the furniture. And, honestly super thankful for my babies as well for lightening up my mood!
