I love taking Layla outdoors, to see the trees, animals, new faces, make new friends, crawl on the grass, sit on the swing, breath in fresh air and just chill at the park.

We do it so often that I'm getting really good at preparing and packing food and snacks for her! Her favourite breakfast is mashed banana with Gerber Singapore]'s millet and quinoa oatmeal with dessicated coconut and walnut powder, or salmon porridge. For snacks, it'll never go wrong with an assortment box of Gerber Singapore]'s arrowroot biscuit, fig puffs and strawberry yogurt melt! And in another box will be blueberries. I'm not the kind of person that can eat the same thing all the time, i love varieties! Which is exactly how i pack for Layla too!

I make sure to always pack food or snacks that are made with no artificial flavours or sweeteners and are full of vitamins and minerals!

Thought I get some @karamellalmondo ice cream from @foodpandamy today. I swear I saw a RM30 FREE delivery yesterday but didn't appear today. I though did use a voucher to get RM7 off. It's RM20 per 300g tub.

Mind you I had to choose 1 out of 14 flavors. It was hard but I knew I have to get Kyoto Matcha first 🤣😂. Also got White Chocolate with Macadamia Nuts and Arabica Coffee with Lotus Biscuit Crumbs. I wanna get Strawberry Yogurt or Arabica Plain next 🙈😎

Slightly melted my Matcha but they said put in fridge first to freeze it before consume. Glad I did coz it was leaking after I took this photo 🤣 Phew, safe.

材料4つで出来る濃厚なとろける生チョコタルト🍫
ボトムは懐かしのミレービスケットにMilkで。
チョコを溶かして冷やし固めるので、オーブンは使いません。
オーブン無しは、やっぱりらくちん＾＾
簡単に作れるのに、味はチョコ好きさんがうっとりしてしまうような濃厚で滑らかで、、、、。
ちょっと幸せな気分に浸れます。

【Ingredients】12cm Cake Pan
60g Biscuit crumbs
20g Milk

140g Dark chocolate
100g Heavy Cream

***れしぴ置き場***

【材料】12cm (底取れ)
砕いたビスケット 60g
*ミレービスケットの塩気がチョコとすごく合います
牛乳 20g
ビターチョコ 140g
生クリーム(乳脂肪分35%) 100g

【作り方】
準備:型の底と側面にはクッキングペーパーを敷いておく。

①ビスケットは砕いて牛乳を加えてよく混ぜ、型の底に敷きこむ。
②チョコは刻んでボウルに入れる。
③生クリームを沸騰直前くらいまで温めてチョコの上から注ぎ入れる。
④5分ほどそのまま置いてから、ツヤが出るまでゆっくりと静かにチョコを混ぜる。
⑤ビスケットを敷きこんだ①に流し込み、固まるまで冷蔵庫で冷やす。
⑥しっかりと冷えて固まったら、型から取り出してカットする。
熱い蒸しタオルなどで温めると外しやすくなります。
*お好みで上から、ココアや粉糖をふっても＾＾

●カットするときは、熱湯をくぐらせた包丁の水分をふき取り、カットします。
●柔らかめに出来るレシピですが冷蔵庫でしっかり冷やすときちんと固まります。とろんとした方がお好みの場合は、少し室温に出しておきましょう。
(動画では撮影のために出しておいたので柔らかくなっています)
●生クリームは低脂肪のものを使うと固まらないことがありますので、ご注意ください。
