    2013年的甜點世界冠軍 Quentin Bailly
    16歲開始立志要成為甜點師
    作品總是讓人充滿食欲是最大的特色
    能夠不斷創作出讓人【想吃】的產品
    #行雲流水般的流暢
    #重點他真的很年輕
    其實今年他已經有來過台灣辦過講習會
    只是蠻可惜
    資訊不夠普及
    所以很多學生應該都不曉得這件事情^.^
    坦白說
    如果是Quentin Bailly 的講習會
    就算是示範課程
    一天收費20000元我都會去上課
    絕對值得!!!!
    老師個人覺得他的作品是最適合商品化並且兼具美味
    很多人會認為國外的老師憑甚麼收費那麼貴
    台灣的師傅學費相對就比較經濟實惠
    事實上
    那是因為我們並沒有把交通成本算在內
    如果自己出國一趟學習
    花費其實更多
    台灣頂級的講師和技術顧問到海外教學
    目前價碼並不會輸給這些世界級的烘焙大師唷

    His dream came true! In 2013, Quentin Bailly Officiel became a World Champion in Pastry Art.

    He knew he wanted to be a pastry chef when he was 16.
    There was a little pastry shop that fascinated him by a variety of desserts near his house, so every day he liked to look the window of this boutique. First of all the pastry art attracted Quentin Bailly with its creativity.

    When Quentin started to learn Pastry Art he discovered not only positive, but and negative sides of this profession: to get up early, to work on holidays and weekends. But it couldn’t stop him in his dream to be a patissier, to make beautiful and delicious desserts.

    His first experience was at Le Bel Air pastry shop in Lille, where Quentin Bailly learned the delicate and complete art of mastering sugar. Then he developed his exceptional talent by working with the best chocolatiers and pastry chefs such as James Berthier, Stéphane Glacier, Philippe Rigollot.

    This September Quentin Bailly is coming to Kiev International Culinary Academy to share his experience and his inspiration.
    This master class will be translated from French to English.
