👩🏻‍🍳🥒ℂ𝕙𝕚𝕝𝕝𝕖𝕕 ℂ𝕦𝕔𝕦𝕞𝕓𝕖𝕣 𝕒𝕟𝕕 𝔽𝕦𝕟𝕘𝕦𝕤 𝕚𝕟 𝕍𝕚𝕟𝕖𝕘𝕒𝕣🌶 涼拌青瓜雲耳 (中文食譜在下面👇🏻) perfect appetizer for the hot day! ☀️ easy and quick to preparer too!🥰 ——————————————————— 🔺𝙄𝙉𝙂𝙍𝙀𝘿𝙄𝙀𝙉𝙏𝙎🔺 Cucumber 1 Black fungus 10 Chinese wine 1 Tbsp 🔺𝙎𝙖𝙪𝙘𝙚🔺(can adjust to own liking) Black vinegar 4 Tbsp Garlic (minced) 6 cloves Soy sauce 1 Tbsp Sugar 2 Tbsp Sesame oil 1 tsp Chili 1 diced Sweet Chinese wine 1 tsp 🔸𝘿𝙄𝙍𝙀𝘾𝙏𝙄𝙊𝙉𝙎🔸 ◾️Put Dry fungus in water for 20m, it will become soft and big ◾️Boil a pot of water, cook the fungus for 2m with Chinese wine ◾️Put it into ice water. Photos from my recent purchase; a fully function 35-year-old SLR film camera. Being a quite underrated brand and model is one of the reason why I bought this camera. Equally important, I got it at a fair price; bundled with its lens. Before I send it for cleaning and services, I did try a roll of film. To be frank, I’ve never used this kind of camera; even found a single video on how to use it. Intrigued by the idea of how it works, I just bash it without any ponder. By using an expired film, with a 12 exp; I randomly did some snapshots. Burned almost half of the film, only these came out lekker. It works!
