今天，是 #奔富 新年份發表會。
我們跟釀酒師Peter Gago線上見面。
（簡稱PG，#王鵬好幽默）

過去幾年，我有幸接到 #TWE 邀約，
參加幾次奔富的新年份發表會。
每年，都由Peter Gago親自解說。

Peter Gago的生動描述與個人魅力，
讓每個年份、每一款酒，都在杯中，靈動。
Peter Gago總有辦法，用兩三句話，說完。

聽了Peter Gago，總覺得：
別人的澳洲酒，是澳洲酒。
奔富的澳洲酒，就是不一樣。

最新發表的品項，橫跨五個年份，有紅有白。
2019 RWT Barossa Valley Shiraz特別精彩。
2018 St. Henri Shiraz廣受酒界專業人士好評。
2019 Yattarna Chardonnay 結構完整、明亮。

我個人偏好RWT，之前幾個年份也是。
我喜歡那份收斂與節制。
我歡喜之餘，偷偷跟坐在旁邊的美女說：
（恕未提供這位美女的照片）
「這款希哈，媲美法國北隆河頂級希哈。」

說完這句話，我很快就後悔了。
（讓我後悔的，不是這位美女。）
我追加一句，彌補一下：
「但是⋯⋯奔富，就是不一樣。」

居家防疫作戰，需要大量的成人葡萄飲料補給！這次取得三瓶澳洲葡萄酒，足以讓我一打二（老）的宅在家時光更加美妙。

第一款是來自夏迪葡萄酒系列的《夏迪威廉施赫紅酒（William Hardy Shiraz, Langhorne Creek Limestone Coast 2019）》。若提到澳洲葡萄酒，夏迪（Hardy’s）也是數一數二的知名老品牌，成立於1853年，至今有近170年的釀造歷史。夏迪威廉系列是為了感恩夏迪家族第五代傳人威廉・夏迪先生，花了20多年的時間，於世界各地推廣夏迪葡萄酒，讓人們了解品牌酒款的魅力與特色。

這款夏迪威廉紅酒來自於南澳阿得萊德市南方1小時車程距離的蘭漢溪（Langhorne Creek），本區有來自亞歷山大湖的涼風以及南太平洋的南風吹拂，生長季的氣候溫和，因而能釀造出單寧柔和、風味豐富的紅葡萄酒。

開瓶後會聞到甜美的紅色水果，如紅莓、櫻桃等香氣，以及一些些施赫品種特有的胡椒香料氣味，入口酒體均衡，單寧飽滿卻保有溫和的質地。恩，是時候從冷凍庫拿出庫存的鹹酥雞塊，快炸10分鐘，享受忙裡偷閒的幸福時光。

接下來這款紅酒同樣來自夏迪，屬於天譽系列的《精選卡本內蘇維翁紅酒（Hardy’s Tintara Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon, McLaren Vale 2019）》。天譽酒莊（Tintara）創立於1861年，位於南澳的麥克雷倫谷（McLaren Vale），屬地中海氣候，日照充足，乾燥的夏季及有限的水資源讓葡萄藤扎根於深處，因而釀造出濃郁豐沛的酒款。

夏迪葡萄酒的創辦人湯馬士・夏迪（Thomas Hardy）很早就意識到麥克雷倫谷的潛力，1876年便將天譽酒莊併入集團內，並發揮產區的特色，現在已成為夏迪品牌旗下以及傑出南澳葡萄酒的經典之作。

酒款擁有濃厚莓果，如黑李、桑葚、黑莓等成熟水果的香味，同時也帶有薄荷的清新氣息，以及雪松的木質氣味，入口後還能感受到一些黑巧克力、咖啡的燻烤風味。單寧強勁有力，讓人有「咀嚼」食物的衝動，這時如果來點單純炭烤炙燒風格的肉品，如戰斧豬排或牛排，都是搭餐的好選擇。

最後一款葡萄酒是擁有南澳巴羅沙（Barossa）產區精神的聖哈雷老藤施赫紅酒（St. Hallett Old Block Shiraz, Barossa, 2016）。聖哈雷酒莊成立於1944年，擁有超過70年的歷史，酒莊自創辦以來，就意識到「老藤（Old Vin）」的重要性。

與全球葡萄酒產區不同，巴羅沙有嚴格的「老藤規範」，樹齡達35年者才可稱為「老藤」。（其餘稱呼包含：70年稱「倖存老藤（Survivor Vine）」、100年稱「百年老藤（Centurion Vine）」、125年稱始祖老藤（Ancestor Vine）」）有著如此嚴謹的規範，因此能在酒標上清楚列出「Old Vine」的酒款並不多。

這款2016年份的聖哈雷老藤施赫葡萄酒，所使用的釀酒葡萄，最古老的葡萄園於1856年種植，而最年輕的為1963年，平均葡萄藤樹齡為92年之久。倒入杯中，首先聞到的就是濃郁深沈的豐沛果香，偏向成熟水果的氣味，甚至帶有糖漬水果或果乾蜜餞的甜蜜香味，此外也可感受到茴香、肉桂與荳蔻等異國香料風味，入口後可感受到酒體醇厚飽滿，單寧與酸度結構均衡，覺得會是與有醬汁的餐點，如紅燒肉、烤肋排成為好朋友。
