冠病康復之後運動紀錄：

完成30天：
每日30蹲、30跳、30趴蹬蹆、15分鐘快步走。

肺部狀態有進步，胃口也好了，只是容易脹氣，嗅覺已經恢復到90%但剩下的10%是一直聞到汽車排除的廢氣味，大概還要多一個月嗅覺才會完全恢復正常。

After receiving release letter, I started to work out everyday, and mark it the 30th day today, I’ve been doing 30 squads, 30 hops, 30 burpees and 15 minutes fast walk everyday.
And I observed my own health condition, lungs condition improved, appetite improved but digestion quite bad, smelling ability recovered 90%, just start to smell car gas’s smoke all the time (one of the symptoms after recovering from Covid19), and this smell thing will take me another 1 month to be back to normal I think.
I’m getting better everyday, good!
Keep balance diet and exercise which I used to hate to do both, but now, I have no choice to force myself to😂😂😂.

Diarrhea stopped. But stool still in light yellow (pale color, off white). 💛Can't do much on the cyst bcs it can only dissolve by its own, otherwise surgery is required to remove it (if it gets bigger). But I can definitely do something to improve my GERD condition. Google to understand more about GERD, suspected bile salt deficiency in my body and told mom to help stock up on lemon tomorrow. Wanna start my juicing back. 💯
But now, let's have some juicy oranges first. 🍊

息子の学校帰りで相当臭いはずの靴下です（笑）

2012年12月4日/3歳6ヶ月　The mom eats "Natto-chazuke(rice and natto with tea poured on it)".
Rino says "Kusse!(smells awful)" when mom gives a whiff to her. Hahaha
The natto smells special flavor.
However, she has not said natto that bad-smelling hitherto.
She refused to eat Ochazuke once.
However, she said "This is not stinking. It's delicious!", when a mom fed a mouthful.
After all she loves natto.

Then she says bye-bye to dad though dad is not in the place.
The mom asked her.
Mom："Does dad today return early?"
Rino："Dad does not come home, and dad does not return because bad-smelling!"
Mom："Is dad stinking?"
She did not answer.
