CheckCheckCin：根據中醫理論，我們的外耳可以被視為整個人體的「微縮版」，細心觀看你會發現耳仔形狀就像一個倒轉的嬰兒，我們的臟腑和器官在耳部都有相應的反射點，情況就像腳底的反應區一樣，通過刺激耳穴有助調整臟腑功能。中醫進行耳穴貼療法一般會使用王不留行籽或磁珠貼在膠布上，然後貼在需要刺激的耳穴上，患者按醫師指示每日按壓該耳穴以達致保健效果，按壓時或許會有痠、麻、脹、痛等感覺。耳穴貼操作簡單，容易為患者接受，而且可以持續刺激以延長治療效果，一般配合針灸、中藥同時使用以增加療效，常見用於治療失眠、耳鳴、體重管理、便秘、戒煙等問題。耳穴貼基本上人人適用，但如果耳廓有炎症、皮膚破損、懷孕等情況，應用耳穴治療前宜先向諮詢註冊中醫師意見。
如果有失眠問題，除了可諮詢醫師進行耳穴貼治療，自己可試試按揉以下耳穴，每日餐後及睡前按摩1分鐘，有助鎮靜情緒，改善睡眠質素，亦可每晚或洗澡時按揉整個耳朵30秒左右，刺激耳部周圍的血液循環。
神門耳穴
位置：耳朵上方三角窩處。
心耳穴
位置：耳甲腔正中凹陷處。
皮質下耳穴
位置：對耳屏內側面。

CheckCheckCin: According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, our outer ear can be regarded as a "miniaturised version" of the entire human body. If you look closely, you will find that the ear shape is like an inverted baby. Our organs have corresponding reflection points on the ear. Just like the reflection zones on the soles of the feet, stimulating auricular acupoints can help regulate organ functions. In traditional Chinese medicine, auricular acupoint treatment usually uses vaccaria seeds or magnetic beads on the tape, sticking them to the auricular acupoints that need stimulation. The patient presses the auricular acupoints daily according to the practitioner’s instructions to achieve health effects. You may experience soreness, numbness, swelling, and pain. Auricular patch is simple to operate, easily accepted by patients, and can be continuously stimulated to prolong the treatment effect. It is generally used in conjunction with acupuncture and Chinese medicine to enhance the effects. It is commonly used to treat insomnia, tinnitus, obesity, constipation, and smoking addiction. Auricular patch is basically suitable for everyone, but if there is inflammation of the auricle, skin damage, pregnancy, you should consult a registered Chinese medicine practitioner before applying auricular acupoint treatment.
If you have insomnia, in addition to consulting your practitioner for auricular acupoint treatment, you can try rubbing the following auricular acupoints yourself, and massage for 1 minutes daily after meals and before bed. It can help to calm the mood and improve sleep quality. You can also rub your ear every night or during bath for about 30 seconds to stimulate blood circulation around the ear.

Location: lies in the valley of the ear called the triangular fossa.
Heart auricular acupoint
Location: lies in the middle of lower valley of ear
Subcortex ear point
Location: lies on the inside of the outer tragus

【家庭醫學】～ 耳垂裂開（Infra-auricular fissure）
最近天氣不穩定，家中小朋友的耳垂又裂開了⋯⋯以前長輩都說，這就是用手指去比月亮，才被月娘割了一刀。
其實學醫之後，才知道這是一種耳朵的溼疹變化，好發於異位性皮膚炎的人。我們家兩隻都是異位性體質，所以常常一變天，就會裂開，嚴重時甚至還會流血或是滲出組織液。
在1994年，有人做過研究，137位異位性皮膚炎的人，其中81.8%有過耳垂裂開的經驗，而在30位沒有異位性皮膚炎的受測者中，只有一位有裂開過。
所以，如果家中的小朋友耳垂裂開了，也先不要馬上幫他扣上一個異位性皮膚炎的大帽子，還要觀察有沒有其他皮膚的問題。
畢竟，耳垂裂開，只是異位性皮膚炎的一個次要特徵（minor clinical features）。在1988年，有篇文章針對異位性皮膚炎的8個常被提到的次要特徵去做分析（找了105個異位性皮膚炎患者，和113名對照組），發現有6個特徵比較具有診斷的價值。條列如下：
乳頭濕疹（nipple eczema）
唇炎（cheilitis）
白色糠疹（pityriasis alba）
羊毛不耐症（wool intolerance）
白色皮膚劃紋症（white dermographism）
耳垂裂開（infraauricular fissuring）
較沒差別的有：
頸前褶皺（anterior neck folds）
眼眶下褶皺（Dennie-Morgan infraorbital fold）
｛註：異位性皮膚炎的次要特徵很多，這篇只針對其中8個去研究，但是次要特徵永遠就是次要特徵，不要有對中一個，就以為自己是異位性皮膚炎｝
