Finally diving back into Westeros ❤️ It’s been >5 years since I put down A Dance With Dragons. As an ASOIAF fan (books only😛), the Targaryen history peppered throughout the saga fascinated me just as much as the main story line. I waited a little longer for Fire and Blood (hardback published in Nov 2018) to be able to get it #secondhand ! My #GameOfThrones and #zerowaste win today - I finally found a #secondhand copy of Fire and Blood locally! The original owner even wrapped it in reused wrapping paper to mail it to me =) Although I prefer to keep softcovers, the hardback will have to do, I’ve waited long enough! 😭 Did you know books are usually published in hardback first (higher profit margin) before releasing in softcover about a year later or so?
