英國議員好似酒樓知客咁開名：「林太、梁生幾位呀？」
（仲要笑得咁奸，睇到就嬲！）

正如早一日接受《BBC》訪問暗示一樣，外交大臣Dominic Raab今日响下議院正式公布無限期暫停移交香港協議，順便禁售所有武器，然後拋咗一句：

"I just say this: the United Kingdom is watching and the whole world is watching."

之但係，奉行首相內閣制嘅英國，始終同美帝總統制有啲唔同，更加唔會有邊個可以一錘定音說了算，政府乜都要响議會宣布，接受議員質詢（民主係好麻煩嘅）。可能因為尋日《BBC》嘅訪問同近期英國政治風向，今日議員嘅焦點已經唔再响移交或者武器問題嗰度（公布咗仲有咩好問？），反而射到去新疆、制裁、整體外交路向咁遠。响咁多個議員當中，最得戚嗰個，可能就係前保守黨領袖Ian Duncan Smith，睇下佢同外交大臣兩個笑得幾奸？

好多人都知Ian Duncan Smith除咗係保守黨元老，亦係現今英國政界最「別有用心」嘅議員領袖（攞住幾十票）。事實上，响英國政府對移交香港安排仲未有聲氣之前，佢已經入咗私人修正案要求修例，取消移交香港協議。今日外交大臣公布之後，佢緊係覺得自己成功爭取即時收回修正案，响提問嗰時仲要加多句自嘲，好得戚咁話自己個修正案應該無搞到Dominic Raab瞓唔著。

" I will now withdraw my amendments to the Extradition (Provisional Arrest) Bill, although I suspect that that has not been keeping him awake at night."

不過講笑還講笑，佢竟然好似茶樓啲知客咁，近期次次都開名，「林太幾位，梁生幾位」。

"Friends and Opposition Members, encourage him to do what he can to get officials to look at that urgently, so that we may force sanctions on those responsible for what is happening to the Uyghur, and on Hong Kong—people such as Carrie Lam and her predecessor, Mr Leung?"

咁樣玩針對係唔啱㗎（响香港係可能犯法嘅！），搞到Dominic Raab笑之餘要好謹慎回應呢個元老，肯定係驚啦...

"As he rightly notes, it is important to assess this carefully, and it is a question of not only whether the abuses took place but whether individual responsibility can be ascribed to someone on whom we wish to impose a visa ban or asset freeze."

未調查先檢討，屌你老母呀

【重要！連登巴打揭發「獨立檢討」的背後陰謀！】林鄭口中參考的英國原版委員會叫Riots Communities and Victims Panel（暴動及受害者委員會），當時報告的結論是：家長管教不足，示威者無知貪錢，需投放更多警察及需加強教育！！當中無一個係政府做錯，全部Blame the Victim!!!!

即是說林鄭口中的「獨立檢討」，根本是陰謀！政府真實意圖係借份報告來玩分化！大家唔可以冷處理呀！

以下是當時的報告結論：

1）Children and parents
家長及子女

We heard from many communities who feel that rioter behaviour could ultimately be ascribed to poor parenting (家長管教不足) . We need to consider what can be done to ensure that all children get the right support, control and guidance from parents or guardians to give them the best possible chance of making the most of their lives.

Widening inclusion – Some children grow up without a single positive adult figure in their lives. Public services should take steps (政府加強教育下一代) to ensure all children have a positive role model (from a child’s wider family or from the local community). Where it is in the best interests of the child to do so, we recommend that absent fathersshould be contacted by statutory social services and schools about their children as amatter of course.

2）Youth unemployment
青年失業

Our Neighbourhood Survey found that 83 per cent of people feel that youth unemployment
is a problem within their local area, and 71 per cent of residents feel that there are insufficient
employment opportunities for young people.

The riots were particularly characterised by opportunistic looting and very much targeted
at brands – 50 per cent of recorded offences in the riots were acquisitive in nature.4 The Panel
was told that the majority of shops targeted stocked high value consumer products: clothes, trainers, mobile telephones and computers. (搶錢及名牌)

3）Police and the public
市民不信任警察

Increasing trust in the police Trust in the police is vitally important in any
community. It leads to communities getting more involved in policing, it ensures the police
can understand local communities’ needs and it helps to break down cultural barriers. When
the public trust police motives, they are willing to support them by reporting crimes or antisocial behaviour, by providing local intelligence and acting as witnesses.

The Panel recommends that police forces should deploy more manpower (投放更多人手) to proactively engage with communities about issues that impact on the perceptions of their integrity.

4）Wealth inequality and responsible capitalism
仇富情緒

Over half of respondents to the Panel’s Neighbourhood Survey believe there is a growing gap between rich and poor in their
local area. The Panel believe society must continue to support sustainable growth and promote business expansion. However,
alongside this, we believe that businesses have a clear role giving something back to society and making progressive steps to sharing
wealth and providing opportunities for individuals to achieve a stake in business.
