A new kid on the block- a Thai noodle specialist: Charm Thai Tom Yum Noodles found at Nagore Road… offers a small Thai noodle menu which consists of 4 Thai noodle dishes… Tom Yum, Siam Koay Teow, Spicy & Sour Koay Teow and Siam Laksa, with some snacks and sides like Moo Ping and Som Tum. As for the restaurant setting… it has got nothing out of the ordinary and it is as simple as a restaurant gets. We had their Siam Spicy & Sour Koay Teow and Siam Laksa, the former one tasted ordinary Sour & Spicy noodles with a chockful of minced Pork; the Siam Laksa was a disappointment though. The broth carried a bold fish stench… a sip will bring you to a tour at the fish market. It was not something that we were expecting for a bowl of Thai Laksa. The Som Tum was probably the best dish for that evening… but it was fiery hot (we picked level 2), go for the lowest heat level if your heat tolerance level is low.
