Croatina很濃郁耶，果香加草本香氣好飽滿，單寧強勁，通常用於混釀增加酒體，這款100% Ceoatina單喝還真是肉感充足，搭配個紅燒牛肉湯或是沾滿醬油膏的豬舌頭，應是絕配！ . Croatina, always confused with the Bonarda or Uva Rara. The most well-known appellation for this variety is Oltrepò Pavese in Lombardia. Have you tried it? Don’t forget, there is Gutturnio in Emila-Romagna which is a blend of barbera and croatina.
