Time does not heal wounds
A plaster does not heal the gun shot wound
We need to treat it and get some help and medication. Let it go through a healing process.
U should not surpress pain - it makes it worse.
U can’t cover up - it does not solve it - unhealthy way to deal with pain.
Suppression :- a volcano - it erupts
Suppression - explode
We must unlearn this
It’s not about being a robot or heartless or cold, no expression

Crying is a mercy - as part of the healing process
Sabr in grief - u can cry and feel sad
Don’t judge our grief - it stalls the healing.
If u haven’t healed - it means u have stalled it by yourself - by hiding and not dealing with it - covering the gun shot wound with a plaster.
So many examples of prophets feeling sadness
Human sadness - being sad and grief, hopelessness and despair are diff - Iman and faith - sets them apart - protects us

Even though it is dark today, the sun will always rise and a believer always has hope

Only Allah can heal - the real healing, the best doc
Complain to Allah ask Allah to heal y, I’m broken.
Unresolved grief and pain will turn into anger

Ayub Prophet who was wanted by aw a walw.
Iman gives more help - never be afraid of the trial, ease will come after difficulty

Prophet Yusuf
Adam - we have wronged our own selves
And of u don’t forgive us we will be abound the relor

Next extreme - picking a scab

Give yourself permission to be human - u are not meant to be a robot
Alow yourself to go through the healing process
Do not surpress or picking the scab - looking at your exes photos etc Have u really moved on?
Don’t depend on yourself thinking u got this.
Take it to Allah, ask Allah, the Doc to heal u and give u ease.

Process of healing :-
Ask for ease - make it easy for me
Allah can make anything difficult easy.
U can do this through prayer - seek help through sabr and prayer
Your 5 daily prayers are the oxygen of your heart
U need oxygen to survive like breathing
Tahajud - sajdah, doa and lots of tears
Going through emotion to Allah,
Focus on doas
