隨著越來越接近市集，
起司的味道，
越來越濃厚，
嗅覺好像有點麻痺，
搞不懂清楚到底是臭還是香，
一度覺得是前面的人臭臭😆😆，
看著兩個人一組扛著起司從建築物裡面，
跑跑跑的，跑著出來，
蠻逗得，
幾個鑑賞專家身著白長袍，
很像實驗室的研究者，
不時還將正在鑑賞的起司拿給圍觀的群眾們品嚐，
有幸拿到一小塊，
真的很濃郁啊！

河岸一旁搭起帳篷，
穿著著傳統服飾的銷售人員忙碌著提供試吃和打包，
妞最愛的是那顆很詭異的綠色，
綠色是黑胡椒的口味！
起司跟黑胡椒是好朋友啊👭，
除了河岸市集，
意外在一旁小巷發現幾攤，
正切割著大圓餅般，
直徑大概50公分的起司塊銷售著，
味道就是妞妞剛從白大袍專家手中接過那塊品嚐的味道啊！
雖然已經都買了三個小圓餅，
還是忍不住再購入兩塊分切。

起司可以上飛機帶回台灣唷，
但要留意保冷保存！

妞後來還愛上了味道濃郁的藍起司，
但羊起司挑戰過幾次還是無法。
