    本校曾接觸新冠肺炎確診者、被列為居家隔離的學生,經過採檢,PCR核酸檢測及血清抗體檢測全都呈現陰性,一切平安。

    雖然校園內都平安,但近日國內疫情升溫,本校已加強各項防疫措施。請清華園內教職員工生一同抗疫,做好個人防護,戴口罩、勤洗手,確保校園安全。

    Dear Faculty, Students, and Staff :

    The COVID-19 RT-PCR test and serological test reports of our students who had close contact with a person diagnosed with new coronary pneumonia were all negative.

    Even though the campus is safe, the domestic epidemic situation is still rising recently. Our university has enhanced various prevention measures. Students, faculty and staff should observe those measures together, such as keep social distance, wear medical masks in airtight spaces, and wash hands thoroughly and constantly to keep our campus safe.

    Firm jelly inside, crunchy shell outside. Kohakutou is a traditional Japanese confection (Wagashi).

    You just need only 4 ingredients! You can use your favorite colors to make your own favorite gemstones. Easy yet Fun! It is one of summer vacation free research project ideas in Japan 💎

    It takes about a week to dry to create the crunchy shell. At this point, the sweetness becomes very mild and delicious 😋

    You can use fruit juice if you want to make it in a different flavor! Have fun 👍

    4-Ingredient Edible Gemstones (Kohakutou Crystal Gummy Candies)

    Difficulty: Easy
    Time: 1 week
    Number of servings: candies on 1 baking sheet

    Ingredients:
    300g (10.6oz.) granulated sugar
    4g (2 tsp.) Kanten powder (agar-agar powder)
    your favorite food colorings
    200ml water

    Directions:
    1. Dilute your favorite food colorings with water.
    2. Mix water and Kanten powder (agar-agar powder) very well in a pot. Put on medium. When the agar-agar powder melts, add granulated sugar and turn down to low. Simmer for 10 minutes until it bubbles and the liquid hangs down when you lift the spatula.
    3. Pour it into any heat resistant container is okay. Color it in the way you like. Put it in the fridge for an hour to harden.
    4. Tear it by hand, place the candy pieces on a parchment paper and let dry for a week until they develop white and crunchy outer shells.

    *You can store the candies in an airtight container at room temperature for 2-3 weeks.

    Harusame' are the noodles made from potato starch or mung bean starch. Low in calories and great for salad and soup. This dish is something we always crave for when weather is warmer.It’s so refreshing and yummy. 'Harusame' can be replaced with Rice Vermicelli.

    春雨は短く切るよりもちゅるちゅる食べたくて、長いまま使っています。胡瓜はもっと沢山入れますが、今日は冷蔵庫に1本しかなくてがっかり、、バッタの私としてはあと1本は入れたいところ、、、。
    薄焼き卵もたっぷり入れて、栄養満点^^
    赤が入ると綺麗なので、カニカマか人参の千切りを加えますが、赤パプリカでも美味しいです。

    【Ingredients】
    2.8oz Harusame Noodles
    1 Cucumber
    1.4oz Kanikama
    (crab stick)
    *shred with your fingertips
    3-4 slices Ham 

    ●Dressing Ingredients
    1tsp Chicken bouillon powder
    1-2 tbsp Sesame Oil
    2-3 Soy Sauce
    2 Rice Vinegar
    For Sprinkle:
    1 tbsp Roasted Sesame Seeds

    *Make Thin Omelette(Usuyaki Tamago)
    2 Eggs
    1 pinch Salt  
    1 tsp Katakuriko
    2 tsp Water  
    * Vegetable oil  

    【Directions】
    ①Make Thin Omelette
    Beat the eggs in a bowl. Add the katakuriko dissolved in water, and salt, then mix well.
    Thinly grease a frying pan with oil, and Pour in the Step 1 mixture, and evenly spread it out. When the surface starts to harden, flip.
    When cooked, remove from the pan, and let it cool and cut them into.
    ②Cook Harusame Noodles as instructed.
    ③Cut cucumber. microwave at 600w for 40sec.
    Squeeze the Cucumber to remove excess water.
    ④Ham into thin strips.
    ⑤Combine all the Dressing Ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
    ⑥Place everything in a large bowl, add the Dressing and mix well.
    ⑦Sprinkle Sesame on salad.

    To Store
    You can store the leftovers in an airtight container and keep it in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

    【材料】
    春雨 80g
    胡瓜 1本
    かにかま 40g
    ロースハム 3-4枚

    ●Dressing Ingredients
    鶏ガラスープの素 小さじ 1
    ごま油 大さじ 1-2
    醤油 大さじ 2-3
    米酢 大さじ 2
    For Sprinkle:
    白ごま 大さじ 1

    *薄焼き卵
    卵(M) 2個
    塩 ひとつまみ
    片栗粉 小さじ1
    水 小さじ 2
    * サラダ油

    【作り方】
    ①薄焼き卵を作る。
    卵を溶いて、塩と水溶き片栗粉を加えてよく混ぜる。
    フライパンを熱し油を薄く引いてフライパンを回しながら卵液を均等になるようしながら焼く。表面が乾いたら裏返して数秒焼き取り出して冷ましておく。
    ***水溶き片栗粉は錦糸卵と同様、卵を破れにくくするために少量加えます。
    ②春雨は袋の指示通りにゆでる。
    私は熱湯につけて5分ほどそのまま置いてからお湯を切り、よくお湯を切って使います。
    ③胡瓜は細く切り、袋に入れて600wで40秒レンチンしたら、水分を良く絞っておく。
    ***そのまま加えると胡瓜から水分が出て味が薄くなるので、最初に水分をよく絞っておくと良いです。
    ④ハムも細く切っておく。
    ⑤ボウルにドレシングの材料を入れてよく混ぜ合わせる。
    ⑥ここに材料を全部入れてよく混ぜ合わせる。
    ⑦器などに盛ったら上に白ごまをふりかけて出来上がり!

    ●保存
    タッパーなどに入れて冷蔵庫で保存。作った日を含めて3日ほどで食べきりましょう。
    容器から取り分ける時はその都度必ず綺麗なお箸を使いましょう。

    Resepi Biskut Lidah Kucing Pelangi Berbentuk Bunga

    Bahan-bahan

    250 gm mentega

    200 gm tepung gandum

    50 gm tepung jagung

    1 sb esen vanila

    1 sb emplex

    3 biji putih telur

    pewarna makanan (merah jambu, oren, biru, ungu, hijau dan kuning)

    1/2 cwn gula kastor


    Cara memasak

    1. Pukul mentega, gula kastor dan esen vanila sehingga kembang.

    2. Masukkan putih telur sedikit demi sedikit dan gaul sehingga sebati.

    3. Ayak tepung gandum, tepung jagung, dan emplex. Kacau semua bahan sehingga tercampur rata.

    4. Kemudian, asingkan adunan menjadi enam bahagian.

    5. Warnakan setiap satu bahagian dengan pewarna makanan dan kacau sehingga warna sekata.

    6. Masukkan setiap adunan ke dalam piping beg tersendiri.

    7. Paipkan ke atas loyang satu persatu sehingga membentuk bunga.

    8. Akhir sekali, bakar pada suhu 150°C selama 15-17 minit.

    9. Biskut Lidah Kucing Pelangi Berbentuk Bunga siap untuk dihidangkan.

    Nota: Biarkan biskut sejuk seketika sebelum disimpan ke dalam bekas kedap udara untuk mengelakkan biskut lemau.

    Flower-Shaped Lidah Kucing Cookies Recipe

    Ingredients 

    250 gm butter

    200 gm wheat flour

    50 gm corn flour

    1 tbsp of vanilla essence

    1 tbsp of emplex

    3 egg whites

    food coloring (pink, orange, blue, purple, green, and yellow)


    Cooking methods

    1. Beat butter, sugar, and vanilla essence until fluffy.

    2. Pour in egg whites bit by bit and mix until well-combined.

    3. Sieve wheat flour, corn flour, and emplex. Mix until all ingredients are nicely combined.

    4. Then, divide the batter into 6 portions.

    5. Color each of them with food coloring until evenly mixed.

    6. Insert the colored batter into piping bags.

    7. Pipe the batter one by one on the baking mold forming a flower.

    8. Lastly, bake at 150°C for 15-17 minutes.

    9. Flower-Shaped Lidah Kucing Cookies ready to be served.

    Note: Leave to cool for a while before storing them in an airtight container to avoid becoming soggy.
