Made the craziest decision back in 2018 after graduating from uni—joined the airline despite having the worst airsickness ever. Sooo so many stories to tell.. so much has changed since then; I wouldn’t say these 2 years journey of mine a perfectly smooth sailing one, there were hiccups here and there but I don’t regret a single bit (probably turning down all the road trips especially in Zurich 🥲) and no longer (hardly) get motion sickness now 🤪 This was taken after my last flight, LHR-SIN, August 2020. Ramai tanya mcmana nk jd steward, saya rasa syarat2 still sama tp how they conduct the interview nowadays maybe different masa zaman saya dulu.. lain airline lain cara interview.. ada yg susah ada yg ok2 je dan ada gak yg senang..tp those yg ada experience dalam service orientation punya job like hoteliers, PR, restaurants, customer service and etc ada advantage sikit la.. apa2 pun kerja ni perlukan kesabaran yg cukup tinggi coz we were dealing with human being not machines. Some yg dah join 3 bulan terus nak resign sbb x tahan layan karenah manusia yg mcam2 dari mcm2 negara dan mcm2 budaya. Lagi satu kat atas kapalterbang bila tutup je pintu kapal tu kitalah chef, kita lah nurse doctor, fire fighter, polis, janitor, pengasuh dan mcm lagi tp BUKAN tukang angkat beg 😄😄, tp kita hanya tolong angkat kan beg sama2. Satu hal lagi mana yg dah berkeluarga tu masa dgn famili jugak agak terhad sbb most of the time kita kat oversea bila anak or wife sakit tu susah skitlah but thru my experience its all bout time management and those yg ada airsickness or mabuk udara tu kena fikir2 lah takut nnt dah join xleh kerja plak dah buang masa training tiga bulan. Kalau pandai berenang its a bonus tp yg xpandai tu xpe its ok janji tak takut dgn air laut #salammaghrib
