However, in order for the pick and roll to work there must be a mutual understanding between the screener and the ball handler. Today we talk about: 1.) What happens when the defender goes under, and how to attack the under. 2.) What Happens if the coverage is aggressive on both aides. 3.) What happens if the primary defender is aggressive and the secondary defender is passive.

Literally been speechless trying to put sense to words. I’m shaken to my core to see such a display of domestic terrorism and sickening hypocrisy. To witness how far some people will go in the name of tyranny. The domestic terrorist attacks affected all. But you know what? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ How many Black lives have been lost because apparently police couldn’t figure out until Wednesday that they can deescalate without using deadly force (which tbh..most of us been knowing, but looks like some people couldn’t see it until The Capitol was under attack.) It angers me to see today on social media that people are “shocked”. Are you really?? What difference is this when Trump has shown us for the past FOUR years?? That he stands for racism, bigotry, white supremacy…just to start. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ For reference, there were 14,000+ arrests at the George Floyd protests. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ America reminded us who it was yesterday. It reminded us that the only lives that matter in this country, are white. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I want to be clear. Not every Trump supporter would support these terrorists, but all these terrorists were Trump supporters. This is 100% on the President and his enablers, peddling conspiracy theories and evidence that has been rejected by the courts or that doesn’t even exist. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ *Deep breath* So I learned this thing in meditation, where if I focus on what I’m thankful about, my clarity and peace will rise. I am thankful for this community of people who speak strength into our country, help to inform people, and right this shit. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Thank you to the custodial and building staff who cleaned the Capitol so the votes could be certified. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Thank you to the healthcare workers who will inevitably have to deal with the fall out of mask-less rioters. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Thank you to the Senate aides who secured the electoral votes. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Trump may be gone in a few days but his damage will last. How do we move forward? We have to live UNITED. The new administration has already shown peace and kindness in their messaging. But in the end, our individual actions and choices will make the greatest difference. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ In my mind, Jan 20th is when my 2021 begins.
