Singapore is where I call home. This is where I feel safe and warm. However, despite it being a melting pot of different cultures and beliefs, there is still the scourge of discrimination afflicting segments of our society. In these recent times where polarising opinions shape and spread through society with such ease, enforcing negative stereotypes and engendering hate towards others in societies worldwide, we could all take the first step to remind one another that we are all humans with the ability to dispense kindness and also deserving of kindness in return.
