    Rasa nak sharing2 sbb kebetulan nampak ramai pregnant mommies around Iz yang tgh tunggu masa nak bersalin, ada yg pregnant anak ke 2, 3 mungkin dh expert, tp utk first time mommy bolehla guna nie as guide.

    Alhamdulilah. Sekejap je masa, harini Iz pun dh 36 weeks plus, x lama lagi dah jadi mom of 3. InsyaAllah. 🙈👶🏻 Hope i can handle 3 minions well.

    Kalau first time mom, advisable to start prepare & pack your hospital bag masa 7 months lg (just in case “terearly” delivery, and u dont know what to expect).
    Orang tua-tua pesan jangan beli barang baby awal sgt, start beli bila 6-7 bulan ke atas.

    Boleh beli sikit-sikit, phase by phase ikut kegunaan dan budget ya mommies. 😉😘

    Its a long sharing session thread yang panjang tak ingat dunia for mommies out there.

    This video we are going to try out 3 different Masks and listen if it dampen the volume of my voice when wearing them. As with current situation it is advisable to start wearing mask when you need to go outside at crowded areas. Also notice many people removing their mask when talking to someone or talking on a phone, so in this video I am going to show if it really dampens the audio or not. Volume has not been altered in post and kept same constant setting through out the video.

    Tha Pai Hot Spring Aka Pong Nam Ron Thapai & located in the Huai Nam Dang National Park with several pools in different heats of an average temperature of 80 degrees & above being discovered by the livestocks & Tha Pai's villagers mining activitiesDuring the World War II, this area was used as a Japanese military camp, then it was developed into Tha Pai Wittayakam School for the nature studies & relaxation before this place being included in the Huai Nam Dang National Park as present status

    Currently, this hot spring with 2 main hot springs, also with many new springs keep popping up with some which have high temperatures. It's surrounded with forest which enhancing its overall greeny relaxing atmosphere

    Do enjoy this vlog being captured from her visit, she wishes to have a whole body dip here in her next visit to Pai thenYou may enjoy hard boiled eggs with natural hot spring here. Hot spring also named as mineral water by the local Thai community where with its good for health & useful mineral contains of Sodium, Calcium, Fluoride & Potassium

    Mineral bathing is good for health i.e. to relieve bone & muscle pain, stimulate blood circulation, relaxing both body & mind, enlarging blood vessels in the body to increase metabolism & driving out clog under the skin, pore to clean & as natural skincare.     秋天的養生就是要護理及守護我們的肺部。因為秋燥，讓我們的肺部負擔很重，所以我們會看到身邊的人會有咳嗽、喉嚨、鼻腔及氣管炎的問題。因此大家可以在秋季的時候吃一點雪梨。

    那為什麼吃雪梨呢？雪梨是一種最晚結果的水果類，秋季的肅殺之氣比較重，雪梨可以抵御秋天的這種五行。

    所以秋天要記得護理我們的肺部，以免它受感染導致傷風感冒。那麼傷風感冒也有分兩種，熱及寒，大家要小心。

    在這個秋季，一般人都要注意手腳骨骼的受傷，比如被利器、指甲割傷，或做某些運動時。

    Hence you will witness many people around you falling victim to this ailment or others affecting the throat and the nose. Therefore, it is advisable to consume some snow/golden pear during Autumn.

    Why this particular fruit? Well, the snow pear is a fruit species which bears its fruits very late into the year. It carries heavy austere energies. This makes it a strong defence against the elemental energy in Autumn.
