I have been having Eczema since young and after the birth of her 2nd child, my eczema worsens. I have tried various alternative but it's still the same. In 2012 I was put on both oral and external application steroid by the doctor but was heavily addicted since 2014. After years on the steroid, my whole body such as face, feet, hands and joints starts to swells, that's when I decided to stop the steroids in 2017. I starts to wear long sleeves and pants to cover up at work and also I dare not go out much. It took me almost 3yrs for the swelling to starts reduce but the process is slow and the itch is still present at the same time.

My body is still swollen when I got to know the 90days program in March 2020. It takes me almost 3years to reduce the swell to manageable but in less than 90days, my legs and hands are back to normal and the eczema itch begins to ease off and my face is now back to normal where unlike the past, one look from my face you'll know I have eczema.

I'm so glad I decided to give the program a go 🥳 the results is amazing 🥰

今日は、お豆腐を使って混ぜて焼くだけでできる『もちもちキムチーズ豆腐』を作りました！
外はこんがり中はもちもちで一度食べたらこの食感にハマること間違いなし！キムチとチーズと鶏ガラと醤油で味も決まっています！
おかずにはもちろんおつまみにしてもよし！出来立てが美味しいので、作ったら温かいうちにお召し上がりください。

〈材料〉2人分
絹豆腐 150g
片栗粉 大さじ3
☆キムチ 60g
☆ピザ用チーズ 30g
☆鶏ガラスープの素 小さじ1
☆醤油 小さじ1
ゴマ油 大さじ1

Dandan noodles are originally edible in Sichuan, China, and are generally soup-free. It is said that Japanese soupless dandan noodles were created by applying a unique arrangement to the dandan noodles in Sichuan. The originator of the dandan noodles that developed in Hiroshima is said to be "Kisaku" in Hiroshima City, which I visited before with Lloyd's rice, and the ones arranged and provided here are said to have ignited popularity. Furthermore, it has become recognized as a "Hiroshima local gourmet" so that it is now offered at more than hundreds of stores such as "Kunimatsu" and "Musashibo" that triggered the boom.
