    Inspired by the shape of an alchemist’s bottle, Kadine's iconic Quadrilobe bottle is identical to the original, designed by Gabriel Guerlain in 1908. Adorned with Guerlain’s famous laurel label trimmed in midnight blue, bearing the logo and address of the Maison as it was in 1911. A beige silk barbichage is added to its neck as a finishing touch, hand-crafted with care by the Dames de Table of the Guerlain Ateliers.

    さつまいもに片栗粉と牛乳、砂糖を加えてさらに甘く作りました。
    フライドポテトにして甘いソースをかけたら正義です。

    【ingredients】
    540g　Sweet potato(Peeled)
    20g　Granulated sugar
    120ml～　milk
    60g Potato starch
    800ml Fried oil
    Black sesame a little
    (sauce)
    60g Honey
    30ml Dark soy sauce
    60ml sweet sake

    【材料】
    さつまいも　600g (正味)540g
    グラニュー糖　　　　　　20g
    牛乳(芋の水分による)　　120ml～
    片栗粉　　　　　　　　　60g
    揚げ油　　　　　　　　　800ml
    黒ごま　　　　　　　　少々
    (ソース)
    はちみつ　　　　　　60g
    濃い口しょうゆ　　　30ml
    みりん　　　　　　　60ml

    【作り方】
    ①ソースを作ります。
    鍋にはちみつ、濃い口しょうゆ、みりんを入れて中火くらいにかけて1/3くらいになるまでゴムベラなどで焦げ付かないように時々混ぜて煮詰めます。吹きこぼれそうになったら弱火にしてください。(約10分)
    煮詰まったら器に入れて冷ましておきます。

    ②さつまいもは皮をむいて小さく切ってボウルに入れて水に約5分漬けてアクを取って、サランラップをして電子レンジで柔らかくなるまで温めます。(約16分)

    ③マッシャーやフォークなどで細かくつぶして、そこへグラニュー糖、約40℃に温めた牛乳を加えてよく混ぜて裏ごしします。

    ④③を25gずつ手で丸く成型します。
    (ぱさぱさで握れない場合は牛乳を加えて少ししっとりさせます。)

    ⑤約150〜160℃の油で揚げてうっすらと黄色っぽくなったら油から上げます。
    ※元々さつま芋には火が通っているので、お好みの色に揚げてください。

    ⑥揚げたてのスイートポテトに①のソースと黒ごまを振りかけて頂きます。

    - MIso 2 tbsp
    - Sugar 2 tsp
    - Sake 30ml
    - Sweet rice wine 20ml
    - White soy sauce 20ml

    3:12 3. Stir-fry ingredients
    - Sesame oil 1 tbsp
    - Ground chicken 400g
    - Dashi soup from kombu & bonito flakes 100ml
    - Water mixed with potato starch 30ml

    5:37 4. Make soup
    - Dashi soup from kombu & bonito flakes 400ml
    - Sake 30ml
    - Sweet rice wine 30ml
    - Sesame seeds 15g
