Happy Dragon Boat festival !! Have my fair share of rice dumpling this year, love the Malay Hokkien one the best, first and second photo, braised pork belly with soy sauce, salted egg yolk, dry shrimp, chestnut, dried shiitake mushroom, don’t like the red beans and peanut but flavor wise it’s the best Swipe👉👉👉 Third and fourth , my friend is nice enough to send me some from Hokkien, flavor on the light side, they added dried scallop abut without the salted egg yolk which unacceptable for me 😂 Last two photo, cantonese style rice dumpling which not really diggin it, have to make my own seasoned soy sauce to add more flavor, didn’t like the green bean 🙁

Adoption provides a second life to the abandoned / homes less animals. Also, it will shorten the range of motion of push up ( face to the floor) ✅squeezed butt and tightened abs Doing so align the shoulders ,lower back and butt, it allows you reach the full range of motion of the push up ! (chest to floor).
