意大利三色綠白紅的材料：羅勒、水牛奶芝士及番茄，做出一個簡單美味又健康的菜式。這個可以當前菜，亦可以當簡單的二道菜。
材料： 2人用
~番茄 2 個
~mozzarella水牛奶芝士 250 g
-羅勒 （數片）
~特級橄欖油 （2湯匙）
~幼鹽 （適量）
~黑椒碎
做法：
將番茄、mozzarella 切片（約1 cm厚度)及羅勒，用你們的想像力擺盤，然後加特級橄欖油、幼鹽及黑椒碎調味。
