    Super excited to post about TIMEPieces, an NFT project inaugurated by @time! The theme for the artworks is ‘Building A Better Future’, and I am honoured to be among one of the 40 artists to be invited for the launch and genesis drop.

    All 40 artworks are now officially revealed on time.com/timepieces and the NFT drop will take place on Thursday, 23 September 2021 on nft.time.com at 9AM EST.

    【防疫不亂跑，咖啡自煮管理企劃 .2 - BEAN BARN 豆荒良倉 咖啡豆開箱】

    咖啡業者因為這波疫情受到非常大的影響，雖然不能內用，大家還是可以透過外帶咖啡或是網上購買咖啡豆支持他們，新的咖啡自煮管理企劃希望透過每天開箱一個咖啡產品，幫助業者曝光外，同時大家在家也可以享受一杯好咖啡。

    BEAN BARN 豆荒良倉烘豆師 Addie 是以前的同事，在去年開了自己的自家烘焙咖啡館，在同事期間就覺得他對於咖啡烘焙這塊很有自己的想法，技術也非常的專業，在開店後也快速累積了不少喜歡他風味的客人。
    .

    這次開箱的豆子是『淺焙·厭氧黑蜜 哥斯大黎加 托布希』手沖的參數是用92度C的水，aquacode 咖啡沖煮專用水 TDS 95 上下，研磨偏粗，粉水比 1:13，沖煮時間完成是2分半。
    .

    雖然是厭氧，但不會有過度發酵的風味，入口有明顯的花香和白葡萄香氣，高溫有明亮的柑橘萊姆酸質，降溫後的酸像是綠色蘋果汁，尾韻的甜感帶有點蔗糖和黃金糖。春社配方我拿來做濃縮，真的有爆炸性的花香阿 !
