TV baru yeay! 😍🥰

Dari kecik lagi Yana memang suka tengok tv! Especially sekarang dengan PKP Lagi Dan Lagi lagi so memang kena duduk rumah je. Nasib baik ada tv baru iaitu The Frame dari Samsung! 😍

Paling best sebab kita boleh ‘design’ tv kita sendiri sebab The Frame ni dia datang dengan ‘bezels’ atapun frame keliling tv so kita boleh match kan dengan perabot kat ruang tamu kita. Rasa macam masuk galeri seni laaa tapi kat rumah sendiri je 🙈

Jenama pulak Samsung jadi memang tak diragukan lagi lah. Menang jenama tv nombor 1 dunia untuk 15 tahun berturut2 pulak tu. Ish tak sabar pulak nak share dengan korang macam2 pasal The Frame ni. Tungguuuuuuu 😉

ล่าสุดนั้นทางพี่จีนโดย Tencent ได้คิดไปไกลกว่านั้นด้วยการเปิดตัวซีรีย์สั้น 2 เรื่องอย่าง My Boyfriend-ish Sister และ My Idiot Boyfriend ที่ตัวภาพนั้นอยู่ในรูปแบบแนวตั้งตามสมาร์ทโฟนครับ

Sometimes we confused stiffness with flexibility and flexibility with mobility. Here are some quick go to shoulder mobility exercises to make you feel more open in the heart, chest and back, whilst creating movement in the shoulder joints and sockets.

Ps. You’ll need a block, book, pillow, or anything you can find at least about 0.5-1kg(ish) weight for this exercise.

?Begin in an All 4’s position.
?Place your palms firmly on the ground, elbows and shoulders stacked in a straight line.
?Lengthen your spine.
?Hips stacked above your knees.
?Create a shoulder rotation by bringing the block forward and back.
If this in accessible then try with the alternate leg up. ?Shoulder rotation clockwise and anti-clockwise.
?Tricep stretches both sides.
?Gomukasana arms both sides.
?Reverse prayer ?.
? Heart ? opening
