北海道牛乳布甸 | 材料：(五至六杯份量)

全脂牛奶 500毫升 *建議選用北海道3.6/3.7牛乳*
白砂糖 3湯匙 / 3包 *我試過只係用2湯匙糖,係難食好多*
魚膠粉2.5茶匙 (用 7tsp凍水攪混)

Hokkaido Milk Pudding | Ingredients needed: (5-6 servings)

500ml Whole milk *preferably Hokkaido 3.6/3.7 milk*
3Tbsp White sugar / 3 packs of white sugar *I tried putting 2 tbsp of sugar only, definitely not working xD taste totally different*
2.5tsp of gelatine Powder (mixed with 7 tsp of cold water)

可做 7－8 份

材料：
北海道牛奶（或任何全脂奶） 500毫升
魚膠片/魚膠粉* 3片/ 2.5茶匙（每片2.5g）
砂糖 3湯匙
忌廉（鮮奶油） 50毫升
～ 如果選擇加忌廉就把牛奶份量減至 450ml.

*選用魚膠粉的話，用 7tsp凍水攪混，再用熱水座溶。*
