我啊⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯又回胖了，這次是在半年之內的時間回胖，熬了兩個星期，今天終於有勇氣上磅，居然 126.8 磅，聽上去這個數字很吉祥似的 😂😂😂😂

我跟 dom 爸都不會以「胖子」「胖妹」稱呼對方，正所謂「崩口人忌崩口碗」，明明是事實的話，一直提醒對方很胖，便會把對方的自信心逐漸擊落，「胖子」「胖妹」對我們這對真的胖的夫妻來說，並不是可愛的匿稱

然而，偶爾看到對方一直吃吃吃，越長越胖，還是會按捺不住告訴一下對方要節制一點

我把照片高角度拍攝，所以看上去不太胖，只有 5'2" 身高的我，卻 126.8 磅，胖得情緒開始低落 😞😞😞

Hellu mọi người!!! Vậy là tụi mình lại được gặp nhau trong một video nữa hehe. Video hôm nay Trân sẽ chia sẻ với mọi người thực đơn một ngày bình thường của Trân, Trân đã ăn những món gì để giữ dáng nha. Như mình nói trong video, thì thường thực đơn Trân ăn không phải cái gì gọi là "extreme/intense diet" (những loại thực đơn ăn kiêng khắt khe để giảm cân cấp tốc) gì cả. Mình chỉ có hạn chế được cái gì không tốt cho sức khoẻ hoặc dễ làm mình béo đến mức tối đa thìhạn chế thui hehe. Trân hy vọng mọi người sẽ thích video này của Trân nha. LOOOOVE ❣️
