基於前陣子想要用大張的4K圖畫紙來寫語言的筆記(西文、日文),然後希望能夠把筆記掛在牆上,好讓我能夠一轉身就能看到所有的文法,於是我想了想:

能夠把筆記放在牆壁上,好拆卸又不想傷到紙張本身,大概就是用夾的了吧!

於是我就想說設計一個類似掛鉤的東西放在牆壁上,讓掛勾突出一個垂直的小牆壁好放上一個長尾夾,如果黏兩個在牆壁上就能讓筆記垂直懸掛了!⠀⠀⠀⠀

於是我針對自己的需求設計了這個掛勾: ⠀⠀⠀⠀
尺寸如圖,整個掛鉤的最寬尺寸為3*3*3立方公分,和牆壁接觸的面積是9cm^2⠀⠀⠀⠀

我用縮時攝影大概療癒了一下,大家可以欣賞欣賞。

考慮到3D列印會有層和層之間的空隙,所以我選用有形變空間的泡棉膠來當作黏著媒介,再考慮到泡棉膠黏在牆壁久了可能摳掉的時候牆壁會很醜,所以先在牆壁貼一層3M無痕膠袋。⠀⠀⠀⠀

產生問題:
可能是精度不夠導致掛勾與泡棉膠接觸的面積太小,或是泡棉膠的形變不夠多使接觸面積變少,導致黏不夠緊而掉落。⠀⠀⠀⠀

解決方式:⠀⠀⠀⠀
一開始我想說採用剪力膠,但想想還是先用實驗室有的強力膠好了,於是……⠀⠀⠀⠀
於是就成功了(?) 哈哈哈哈哈哈

《Application of science – 3DP 》

About few months ago, I just wanted to use 4K size of the paper for my language notes (Spanish and Japanese). ⠀⠀⠀⠀
The purpose is to make it easier reviewing the grammar the the words because I can have a overlook for just one glance. ⠀⠀⠀⠀

Then it took me few minutes to contemplate: ⠀⠀⠀⠀
How to put my notes on the wall and won’t damage to the paper?⠀⠀⠀⠀
The first idea is to hang!⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀
According to this idea, I designed hook with a small plate wall on it so I can use foldback clip to hold the paper!

I take time-lapse photography to record the process, you can enjoy this comfortable moment~~ ⠀⠀⠀⠀

Considering the gap between the layer and layer of the 3DP thing, I take acrylic foam tape as a connector by its flexibility.
Moreover, if I want to remove the acrylic foam tape from the wall directly, it will damage to the wall( make the wall ugly). As a consequence, I cover one layer 3M magic tape as protection. ⠀⠀⠀⠀

Finally, it turned out to be:⠀⠀⠀⠀
Problem: ⠀⠀⠀⠀
I failed to stick foam tape and hook together, it might be the small attaching area caused by deficient accuracy, or the deformation is not enough for contacting. ⠀⠀⠀⠀

Solution:⠀⠀⠀⠀
In the beginning, I just want to use sheer tape to keep it. ⠀⠀⠀⠀
