求問 :D 關於行動電源自然損壞

自從疫情之後就沒出門了
直到最近打完疫苗才開始報復性旅遊
馬上發現說
［靠北？怎麼行動電源都壞了？］
.
我稍微舊一點的1萬安培行動電源有好幾顆
大多是ASUS，小米的也有
都是鋁合金外殼，
內部使用18650電池的行動電源
但不約而同的在近期拿出來用的時候發現
［就算充飽了，用沒10幾分鐘就沒電］
.
也就是拿充飽的行動電源來充手機
可能只能充個10~15%
行動電源電量就見底了！
.
我有想過電池自然耗損的問題
但疫情前（2年前）還完全沒問題
而且疫情中我也都有半年拿出來充一次電
避免電池損壞
.
想不到［全部］的18650行動電源
通通都死了？
.
反而旅途中隨便在中古店
花200日幣買的中古ELECOM行動電源
（看體積形狀裡面應該也是18650）
居然還可以達到預期充電供電效果！？
.
我有試著把電力見底的行動電源
重新充飽電之後再次測試使用
但結果一樣，都是馬上就沒電了
.
請問這些行動電源是否判定壽終正寢，可以丟了？
