7. 槍烏賊 握り Yariika (Spear Squid) Nigiri
Shari was not strong, very mild vinegar and salt, and noticeable sweetness from sugar as told by Yamaguchi san. His shari was particularly warm compared to other shari I had before. The neta was scored meticulously, so insanely pretty. Not as briny and sweet as Otomezushi, but texture was excellent

8. 縞海老 握り Shima ebi (Shima Shrimp) Nigiri
Yamaguchi san's shari is not "formal" in shape. Botan ebi of otsumami was sweeter, and this was still fine.

9. 箱根の紫雲丹 握り Murasaki Uni (Hakodate, Hokkaido) Nigiri
Shari was bigger this time but the amount of uni he put was almost too generous. Quantity was the focus.

10. 白子軍艦 Shirako Gunkan Sushi (Cod's milt sushi with seaweed)
His shirako was very good and the highlight was his nori from Kyushu. So much aroma. The warm temperature of shari worked for his warm neta this time. Very good.

11. 鰤 熟成2週間 握り Buri (Adult Yellowtail) aged 2 weeks Nigiri
The fat of this very marbled yellowtail had turned from oily to sweet. The texture was wonderful. The shari was quite big and round now, more vinegary taste with sweetness of this neta, but need some chewing and still warm

12. 大とろ (勝浦) 握り Otoro from Katsuura (99kg) Nigiri
The neta was kept to room temperature for awhile but the shari was still warm. The overall was slightly too warm for me (especially compare to Shinosuke). As for neta, nice crunches at the suji area with big lines of white fat and suji. I loved the flavor and texture.

13. 酢〆細魚 握り Sayori (Needle fish) Nigiri marinated with vinegar.
I prefer sayori with kombujime, though a new experience is always good.

14. 鰤の漬け 握り Buri Zuke (Marinated Adult Yellowtail) Nigiri
The buri was not sharp in marination but the meaty texture was different from the aged one (softer) .

15. 穴子 詰め 握り Anago (Sea eel) with Tsume Nigiri
This one worked with the warm shari as the anago was warmed from steaming just came out, very very soft like souffle and no grilling. The tsume was thick and sweet.

消息人士告訴路透社,歐盟各國大使批准對中國4名官員和一個實體實施旅行禁令和資產凍結,官員的姓名和實體的名稱將等到歐盟外長22日正式通過此事後,才會公布。這是歐盟最新制裁清單的一部分。歐盟外交人士說:「針對嚴重侵犯和迫害人權,已經採取限制措施。」

憲法號巡防艦(USS Constitution,舷號IX-21)是美國海軍創立時建造的首批軍艦,憲法號在1797年10月21日,就是223年前的今天下水服役,隨即參與美法準戰爭和第一次巴巴里戰爭,保護遭受私掠的美國商船。1812年戰爭初期,憲法號立下顯赫戰功,先後在三場海戰單獨擊毀或俘獲四艘英國皇家海軍軍艦,且沒有受到嚴重傷害。這為憲法號贏得老鐵邊(Old Ironsides)的稱號。
1812年戰爭結束後,憲法號曾經派駐地中海和太平洋地區,並且在1843年進行環球航行至1881年退役為止。由於憲法號艦體嚴重腐朽,維修費用高昂,海軍曾經考慮將憲法號用作靶艦擊沉,但消息曝光後引起美國公眾強烈反彈。經過數次公眾籌款和義賣,憲法號先在1907年改為博物館艦,再在1925年進入船塢全面翻修。1931年憲法號重新服役,然不再負責戰鬥任務,並持續至今憲法號已經是美國海軍最資深、最德高望重的老老老成員。
