所以我家冰箱總也會嘗試一些有意思的水餃，除了上次和大家分享過的美型「點水樓」水餃之外，時下最夯的「香菜皮蛋豬血糕」口味，居然也變身水餃了！

我覺得既然叫春韭，那韭菜餃子必定厲害，一吃之下，果然做得相當好，以我一個極討厭韭菜味的人來說，春韭的韭菜水餃沒有韭菜的嗆味，韭菜選得也是很嫩的，吃起來沒有纖維感，調味也很剛好，以往我吃韭菜水餃頂多吃一顆試味道就好，但他們家的韭菜水餃卻讓我吃了兩顆還是覺得好吃！

而口味獨特的香菜皮蛋豬血糕水餃，真的吃得到豬血糕丁丁，但它的調味比較重鹹，吃的時候記得不要再沾醬喔！

香菇芋頭口味也很奇妙，吃得到芋頭鬆棉的口感，香氣也很夠，推薦給芋頭控試試。

春韭的水餃皮是我很喜歡的，以冷凍水餃來說，它的皮有麵香，不容易煮破，口感也有彈性，煮完冷掉也能吃得出皮很有彈性，是很加分的關鍵喔！

就是以番茄為主的義大利麵，
