懶惰的我，到美國已經三個月啦才發文 Lazy like me, I have been to America for three months, and I share my life now🤣 整理一下文化差異的部分～下一篇是我的轉變，期待一下🤣 I organized some culture difference for people who curious about. You guys mean a lot to me and I love you. ——- 1.天氣：8月中旬來的，天氣乾爽舒服，早晚溫差大，現在11月，晚上冷到像在冷凍庫一樣，乾燥到有人會留鼻血，灰塵太多所以鼻屎也很多，所以LA秋冬來還是要帶厚外套。 好處是：食物放房間都不會有蚊蟲！在台灣放兩個小時就有臭味了 weather: the weather is dry and warm on August. But the temperature can drop dramatically at night. Now, on November, I feel like live in refrige now! That’s why we need to bring coats even we live in LA. Sometime, your nose will bleeding cuz it’s too dry. I have much more snots than In Taiwan. But! The food won’t be rotten and smelly less than 2 days without refrige. There’s no bugs and mosquitoes here❤️❤️❤️ 2.學校：小間的佛教大學，是星雲法師創辦的，雖然不有名，但是校園很小彼此都認識，一半台灣中國人，一半當地學生。學校外面還有游泳池，晚上都會聽到他們聊天 School:it’s a small, Buddhism campus found by Hsing Yun. Even thought it’s not famous, everyone in the school are acquaintances. There’s a half Asia people(most are from Taiwan and China), the other half are domestic students. Outside my dorm is swimming pool, so sometimes I just overhear the gossips. 3.特別的設計：選課用紙本的、廁所空隙超大、廁所的燈要用轉的打開，有時間限制、很少用抽取式衛生紙！隱形眼鏡要處方籤才可以買！公車不是按的要用拉的下車 “Special design ”: make our school schedule by paper instead plan that online. The restrooms have a giant gap in the stall which you can look through outside. Our campus have a light switcher like dial phone, you need to turn it to a proper time. They don’t use tissue paper but toilet papers. Buying contacts needs prescription first. Pull the line to get off the bus rather than push a bottom. 4.學生或當地人：大家都好熱情！見面會從稱讚開始，好喜歡跟他們聊天～因為超愛講有創意的幹話又可以文化交流🤣，雖然有時候聽不懂，但他們都會耐心解釋。但他們打字很愛用縮寫。宿舍：跟一個美國人還有中國人住，美國人習慣真的跟我們很不一樣,但是回宿舍就可以練英文也很好 Local people: Everyone is enthusiastic. Start a conversation with compliments. I love to talk to them because they have creative stupid shit jokes. Even though sometimes I can’t understand all of them, they will explain to me patiently.ps:they love abbreviations so bad.......
