Crucial T700 PCIe Gen5 NVMe 2TB SSD在CPU通道PCIe 5.0 x4傳輸模式下,
CrystalDiskMark的SEQ1M Q8T1存取測試十分接近規格標示的最高讀取
12,400MB/s(12,394MB/s)及寫入11,800MB/s(11,697MB/s),RND4K Q32T16的IOPS均超過規
格標示的最高隨機讀取1,500K(1,558K)及隨機寫入1,500K(1,631K)。進行連續9次,每次8
個25GB檔案的寫入測試,受限於來源端速度,前三次寫入速度4.34-4.28GB/s,第四次寫
入30%後降速至3.22GB/s,第五次寫入開始出現大幅降速,維持在1.51至0.95GB/s左右的
速度。ROG Hyper M.2卡原裝散熱片相當大,SSD正面背面都有導熱墊接觸,但連續寫入下
本體仍可達最高55度的溫度,若要讓SSD發揮最佳性能,需要採取良好散熱措施。降至
PCIe 4.0 x4後,受限匯流排總頻寬,連續讀寫性能都下降,RND4K Q32T16寫入速度及
IOPS也有下降,不過沒有對RND4K讀取速度及IOPS造成明顯影響
