大葱烩猪肉片😋😋😋

材料
- 白洋葱一至两粒（切小块）
-猪肉或羊肉 （700克）
-白洒130ml
-红罗卜切小块
-高汤（鸡汤）

调味料
-酱清
-黑胡椒粉

-烧热 pan 28cm, 加入撖榄油炒香葱和红罗卜至软，放入猪肉片炒大约 10分钟至变白,倒入白洒和鸡汤焖煮大约 15分钟，调味後即可上桌.

注：羊肉须焖久一点🙏🙏

✅鲍鱼海参鸡锅
材料
-鸡翅膀 12支 （腌生抽，胡椒粉,绍兴洒约半小时（
-6头或 10头鲍鱼 （牌子各喜爰,酱汁不要倒掉侍用）
-海参（己浸发）3条
-干冬菇 (已浸发）

酱汁
-鲍鱼酱汁
-黑酱油
-糖
-麻油少许
-水5汤匙

*鲍鱼汁加入 28cm煎 pan 煮滚,放下海参和香菇焖煮片刻後才加入锅中，转中火,盖好煮 15分种後加入鲍鱼煮至浓液即可.
